去年我在时尚版问衣服，就有人看我太胖，喊我来这里。我下不了决心啊。但公主和紫
MM都是我喜欢的，所以最近常来看看这里。
现在怎么下决心了？一个是想健康，不得不改改饮食习惯。我发现，越吃糖和淀粉，越
容易很快就饿，还饿得发慌发虚。不吃那些，反不那么容易饿。我怕我这么吃下去，很
快就糖尿病了（没准已经得了）,心脏病也不远了。
二是外型。 我一直觉得胖点无所谓，反正LG不说嫌。但到了这个岁数，真是逆水行舟
，我想维持现状都不行，比起４年前，长了３０磅。怀孕都没出妊娠纹，现在倒有了。
收腰的连衣裙，常常大号的都穿不进去。
契机是刚订了８月底度假的票，想想会拍照，还会见多年不见的朋友，就决心减了。其
实也就是想现在开始减，也许近三个月能看出点效果。不然，我去年回国，见得人更多
，怎么也没为了面子去减。
主要数据是：年龄４０＋，身高１米６３，体重１５０－１５５磅，骨架大，肩宽腿粗

1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
2.75 cups unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

preheat oven to 325F
in a large mixing bowl, cream shortening with a beater. add vanilla, mixing

操控性之间的完美平衡。对比宝马3er，好的地方是更加refined更加well-rounded，不
好的地方是动力不如三系。对比奥迪A4，好的地方是操控更加流畅因为是后驱，不好的
地方是风噪路噪大于A4内饰也不如A4，也许Luxury款会好一些。
纯高速不超过80mph的平均车速可以得到28+mpg，城市里大概20mpg上下。质量很好，非
常DIY-friendly，整车设计简洁但是扎实。之前根本没有期望自己能DIY奔驰，只有试
了才知道奔驰initial design的水平。我开这辆C230是比较凶的，感觉这辆车的承受力
底线比较低，无需像3er和A4那样总要考虑对车需要多gentle和该有多aggressive
后来分别开过几次2010/2011/2012款的C-Class，感觉是相同的，没有过多的惊艳，但
却挑不出毛病。整车设计用材和装配工艺一如既往的扎实，定价非常合理，花的每个
DOLLAR都有实实在在的价值。另外，这次团购跟DEALER扯皮的过程中，对方告诉我其实

在walnut上而不是通常交汇的Jeffrey。
其实坑爹的是5号往北方向入口绕一圈270度ramp下立交桥上高速，底下有个红绿灯刚好
被ramp中间的树遮住了，第一次从那回去没看到，发现是红灯已经来不及刹车只好硬着

发帖数: 720 | 40 scone已经做了很多次，前前后后也用了4、5个配方，一直都在寻找一个好吃的我心目
中的scone配方。下面这个妍色的配方是到现在为止我最为满意的一个配方。虽然距离
我心目中理想的scone还有点距离，不过我很愿意继续寻找~这个大概就是做点心的乐趣
之一。图片就不上啦，反正就是普通的scone的样子~~
根据家里有的坚果水果干对配方作了调整。
材料: 参考份量 8个
a）cake flour 160g，奶粉10g，baking powder 1/2tsp，unsalted butter 65g
b）全蛋65g，brown sugar 15g，sugar 12g，heavy cream 7g，milk 10g，盐1g，
vanilla extract 几滴
c）蓝莓干约25g，walnut碎约15g
制作过程：
1）cake flour + baking powder + 奶粉，混合筛入盆中。刚从冷藏室取出的黄油切成
小块放入粉中～
2）用刮板不停地切拌黄油和粉类，直到二者混合成细小的沙粒状；然后连盆放入冷冻
室放置一会，直到一会使用时再取出。

她用的walnut，我们家更喜欢吃pecan，所以换成pecan啦，做法是差不多的~
300可pecan，开水里面煮1分钟去涩，沥干
黄油1大勺（14克）微波融化，加白糖黄糖各10克搅匀，倒入核桃拌均匀，因为糖浆的
分量我用得比原方子要少，所以多拌拌~每个核桃上能挂上一些糖浆就好，不太能做到
所有核桃都能挂一层糖浆。
我们家是很喜欢吃甜食的，不过觉得这样做出来的已经蛮甜，挺好吃的了~所以就没有
放太多糖和油
用一个扁平的盘子，铺上核桃，微波炉用中高火，大概12分钟左右就好。
开始的时候可以每隔2分钟拿出来翻一下，大概6-8分钟之后，可以每分钟拿出来检查。
walnut颜色比较浅，颜色变金黄就可以停了。pecan本身表皮颜色比较深，要注意不要
烤焦了。我喜欢脆一些的核桃，所以多叮了一会儿，看到表面糖有些焦化。每家微波炉
功率都不一样，注意观察。
拿出来之后趁热撒上芝麻，然后分开（凉了就会全沾一块儿了~） 晾凉就好~密封盒里，
存放1,2个星期没有问题。如果发现有些泛潮变软的话，重新放微波炉叮几分钟，再放凉
就可以了~
