Anyway, as I was told by the paddlers/rafters/anglers alike, the upper
stream has more rapid current and violent waves, whereas the down stream
beyond Monroe tend to be wider, and water is not as violent as upper stream.

训练：
波马破三的高兴和激动持续了不到两小时就结束了。这以后的铁人训练也一直不给力，
直到铁熊猫发现我的P4车架上有裂纹，让我意外地升级成了P5。装上Power2Max的
powermeter后跟Kevin的MTG（Markham Tri Group）骑了一次长的，加上从我家去
Markham，共125公里，那次ride成了今年的唯一一次赛前long ride。而后因为回国中
断了训练，只在重庆的酷暑里跑了一次23.4公里，那也就成了波马后唯一一次超过半马
距离的long run。
虽然没有long ride和long run，但是回加后骑车/跑步一直没有中断。由于LD怀上了老
三，所以晚上和周末的训练通通取消，唯一能训练的时间就是早上和commute的时间。

看了Way LaPierre 辩论 Rebecca Peters 的视频，我很奇怪Rebecca抖数据里一个很明
显的逻辑漏洞为什么Way 没有指出来。
Rebecca 总是强调：禁枪之后，英国和澳大利亚的 gun crime 急剧下降，表明禁枪是
有效的。后面观众提问的时候一个禁枪大胖子号称自己是researcher，也持这个论点：
London禁枪之后 gun crime 急剧下降。Rebecca还提了好几次 英国被枪杀的只有86（
记不清具体数字，反正<100），而美国是11,000.
这个禁枪导致 gun crime 降低，然后就推论出禁枪对大家好的推论是有很严重的逻辑
漏洞的。
枪支只是工具，有没有枪犯罪分子都会犯法，单独讨论 gun crime 数量的增减毫无意
义。从理论上说，禁枪必然导致 gun crime 降低，就像禁刀必然导致砍人事件的减少。

1.戴,从后方抢球时抱人-holding, foul
2.格,挣脱时左手向后打到郑的头部-striking, foul
3.戴,在格脱离时绊人-tripping, foul
4.郑,卡位身体挡住格-blocking, foul
5.格,试图摆脱郑时推人-pushing, foul
6.戴,用右胳膊肘挡格-holding, foul
7.戴,在脱离过程中左手推人-pushing, misconduct
8.格,左手打戴的脸-striking, violent conduct
其中1-3为第一阶段，4-8为第二阶段。球在7之前出界，所以7和8属于misconduct.
在第一阶段，1和2基本属于trifling，即可判可不判，而且发生得很快，裁判不一定看
得到。3则很明显-格被绊倒了，主裁判显然也看见了并且准备吹哨了。但随后格很快爬

的记忆，也是原来的情节里面扮演过的角色，被revere触发了。

于上世纪上半叶之西欧 (算上中部德语世界) ，包括Walter Benjamin (下称小本)。小
本在大俗作《Illuminations》中大谈小乐，令人印象深刻不下小乐晚辈的Kafka (下称
小卡) 与Baudelaire。小本本人经历稍似小乐，除了早夭外称不上精彩，而其早夭，除
了啼笑皆非我竟然寻不到更好形容，或者说啼笑皆非这感受本身就教我啼笑皆非。谈回
小本本人，死相如此，实在令他诸多昂昂论述打折，虽然如此，小本到底才短气高，品
味 (和推荐) 我是服气的，服气到到远超15美金，够我从马鬃上买来小乐这部故事集。

英国1997年之后将手枪禁掉，从此成为真正意义上的民众广泛无枪国，这算是大家都知
道的历史了。但是禁枪之后，犯罪率不降反升，短短十数载，已然成为泰晤士报和BBC
乃至全英国悲叹的“欧洲暴力犯罪率最高的国家”。
原因很简单，少了民众的武力制衡，暴徒就泛滥，犯罪成本极大的降低了，可能有枪的
民众歹徒侵犯之前要好好掂量一下自己的斤两，但是现在没枪了，胆子立刻肥了起来，
以前要在黑市花大价钱买枪才敢做的案子，三五英镑买把西瓜刀就能得手了。很可能也
是很多图表和统计上英国枪击案比例渐渐下降的原因——禁枪多年，再加上年年收缴，
百姓别说有枪，连枪是什么都快忘记了，杀鸡又何需用牛刀，子弹也比刀子贵啊。
同时伴随的却是暴力犯罪率的整体迅速上升，由以青少年一代蛊惑仔一样的犯罪盛行发
