1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话

2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)

Alzheimer's 和vascular dementia的最大区别就是clinical course。 所以光光凭一
个office visit就能区分是不可能的。 前者是slow progression， 后者往往是stable
until next ischemic event。 最容易的区分就是CT， 有没有stroke一看就知道了，
没有stroke，vascular dementia就是浮云。
depression可以是cause或者complication of dementia， 是可以治疗的， 这个题目
说2年和5年前用药后成功的治好了， 什么病可以这样？ 后来又可以复发？ Vascular
dementia是stroke引起的， 阿司匹林可以治愈dementia？

Usually vascular surgery need 2 years fellowship after 5 years general

The right lobe measures 6.6 x 2.8 x 1.7 cm, volume 16 cc. Well-circumscribed
heterogeneous nodule with mild internal vascularity in the mid pole is 1.2
x 1.4 . 1.9 cm.

去这家OAKPARK的化验室化验一下基本血常规CBC/CMP，
CBC$10+CMP$18，一共28块。可以知道自己有没有炎症/贫血，肝肾功能，体内化学物质
是否平衡。一般去ER也就是做这两项化验。但是ER这两项就要CHARGE你1，200至少。
