其实我在做INTERN之前很是紧张，不是来于我的经历（本人直接从国内临床毕业，没做

Step3考场壮烈回来。第一天挺累人，最后一个block甚至做到有心无力状，看着题反应
不过来，导致来不及做完。非常没有信心能否通过。所以match之前先考Step3的童鞋，
需要考前调整生物钟，坚持锻炼，提高耐力。
MCQ没有资格说，CCS有一点小感受，拿出来分享下。大家请轻拍砖。
复习资料：
UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

机会：这样的机会很难得。以前有个女的到我们科临时加班做tech，中午吃饭就跟她聊
了，结果发现她是我们system里的research institute的research coordinator。她最
早以前是tech，后来熟人介绍她去做research coordinator。tech只是她额外的收入。
我跟她说了我的情况，我以前申请了几次，都在hr就被拒了或者说职位被取消了，后来
就放弃了。而且HR的申请上说必须有一年的research 经验，我每次都硬者头皮投，希
望我以前在国内的research经验能算上，但都失败告终。我给她留了我的名字，电话和
work email。她说如果有位置会替我操个心的，还要我email我的resume给她。回家后
想了想，这只是客套话，而且我不想把自己的resume发给一个几乎是素不相识的人。所
以我就没有发。
惊喜：上个星期突然收到她的email说有个位置，看我是否感兴趣，并给我她的manager

产品的有效成分是human fibroblast growth factor-1，能促进血管生长。
2。Corautus Genetics, Inc
基于Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor 2 (VEGF-2)开发产品，临床第一二阶段试
验有效，但是没有好的DELIVERY方法，需要手术。
3。 GenVec, Inc
产品叫BIOPASS，也是利用VEGF的促生长作用，临床二试结果POSITIVE。
大家还知道别的小公司吗？

Required experiences: small animal handling, dosing, vascular surgery(
carotid artery, jugular vein, stereotaxic surgery). Microdialysis
experiences preferred but not required. Good publication records.
Lab has ample NIH fund support (2-3 R01 grants). Boss is very nice as long
as you
make progress in reasonable time.

容易引起水肿，心率加快
能避免用这个药最好避免，美国已经很少用这类药来降压了。
dementia can be caused by vascular disease，therefore blood pressure control
for elderly can prevent hypertension induced dementia.
降压降血脂药是预防和治疗非alzheimer引起的老年痴呆的重要手段
没有听说过reserpine 引起老年痴呆这个事情，可能有报告，但因为在美国用得少，我
不知道
建议换种降压药 |

扫描电子显微镜的设计思想和工作原理，早在1935年便已被提出来了。1942年，英国首
先制成一台实验室用的扫描电镜，但由于成像的分辨率很差，照相时间太长，所以实用
价值不大。经过各国科学工作者的努力，尤其是随着电子工业技术水平的不断发展，到
1956年开始生产商品扫描电镜。近数十年来，扫描电镜已广泛地应用在生物学、医学、
冶金学等学科的领域中，促进了各有关学科的发展。
一．扫描电镜的特点
和光学显微镜及透射电镜相比，扫描电镜具有以下特点：
(一) 能够直接观察样品表面的结构，样品的尺寸可大至120mm×80mm×50mm。
(二) 样品制备过程简单，不用切成薄片。
(三) 样品可以在样品室中作三度空间的平移和旋转，因此，可以从各种角度对样品进
行观察。
(四) 景深大，图象富有立体感。扫描电镜的景深较光学显微镜大几百倍，比透射电镜
大几十倍。
(五) 图象的放大范围广，分辨率也比较高。可放大十几倍到几十万倍，它基本上包括
了从放大镜、光学显微镜直到透射电镜的放大范围。分辨率介于光学显微镜与透射电镜
之间，可达3nm。
