发帖数: 11067 | 1 看来还是好人多，我惭愧一下。我这个人的问题就是，一般情况下比较和蔼比较耐心，
所以人家有事情了就来找我，懂事的人呢，我还可以应付，不懂事的一些人就会得寸进
尺，我一般不会说不，或者委婉的说不，就是忍忍忍，忍到最后爆发。
比如说她来面试之前，问了我一堆事情，我都回了，但是后来她面试完了，回去给我发
一封信，说我一共见了五六个人，你能不能把email给我发过来？我还得去调查她见了
什么人，然后去公司的通讯录里查人的email。
后来确定她要来了，如果她问问我这里的情况，衣食住行，我也就没问题，但是人还没
到，就打电话来问这么大一个问题，我实在是觉得特别烦。
我把我们从前的交手纪录给大家看看，除了后面的bullet，前面都是她问的我答的。

我朋友也建议过我，拖一下可能是比较好的方式，但是我一般都是有问题就答，很直接

基本上都是类C++的编程的干活。
不管是OVM，还是UVM 或者是systemverilog都是类C++的，都是class，derive。。。等。
这些跟硬件的关系都不大了。 |

，OVM，UVM，非常复杂，不再是10年前写个小程序验证一下就行了。设计很窄了，你的
专业知识要很精。意味着要非常对口才行，所以找，转工作不容易。
我们公司有设计转验证的，干了一段又回去了，太不适应。差别太大。
另外，在公司里混，第一是稳定，第二是发展。你想往上爬，不是你累死拼命干，就是
一定要提升你的。 |

有些项目找人少，纯属误伤上了scramble，比如boston的ortho居然都有一个空位。但
是另外一些就有可能是招不到人，所以scramble。比如纽约那个Lenox Hill Hospital
，26个IM只招到22个，我觉得你要是申请，不妨把这种也考虑进去。毕竟纽约那个找人
多，IMG有很大机会。
