Shipping for me was about $15 to Oregon.
Seems to be a good value, BCM charges 399+ship for the same thing. I would
not buy the BCG for $80, but that is just me.
Adding the MOE handguards doesn't seem to bad for $20.

upper control arms，
第二次叫 dealer1 查还是说要换four front upper control arms，
然后叫 dealer2 查，说要换four front upper control arms 和structs，
然后我自己换了our front upper control arms (Germany Company product)，做完还
抖动。
叫 dealer2 做alignment,还抖动，peaking at 65miles/hour 然后说可能要换tie
rods，
看样子，dealer 也不能肯定。
By the way,I found the hydralic liquid is under the min line. How to find
leakage of Struts ? Thanks. |

家有20个月toddler,18个月开始上daycare,很喜欢，但是现在要买房搬家到upper east
side,要换daycare.在网上找了一圈，发现竟然没有合适的！主要想找8-6点full-time
的，有1，2个合适的也都说今年9月的enrollment都满了。觉得很奇怪，upper east
side 应该很多family,很多daycare才对啊，怎么感觉还没现在住的downtown多呢？！

不锈钢的bolt太有升级的必要了，让擦枪容易了很多，基本上一抹就干净了。
打完脏么？
看打什么样的子弹了，mini-mag很干净，wolf target上了有很多的蜡，粘在feeding
ramp上很不爽。
空仓挂机这个东东有必要么？
如果要把这个upper作为AR15的教练枪的话，空仓挂机还是有必要的。
多少钱买的？

漂流，每年夏天的期待，每年夏天的最爱。。。07年我们第一次去西弗吉尼亚的时候是
7月初，漂了一把New River，很爽很刺激，漂完意犹未尽，于是问向导，还有更刺激的
吗？年轻的小sg向导赶紧忽悠说，下次，一定要去Upper Gauley River肯定刺激死你们
云云。。。于是，我们整整期待了两年，终于在昨天，2009年9月12号，我的生日那天
，漂了传说中的Upper Gauley，哎呀妈呀。。。用郭德纲的话，不对，用李菁的话说，
真是：太 刺 激 了。。。
Upper Gauley River的漂流是美国最顶尖的漂流，在每年的9月中旬开放，到10月中旬
就关闭了，原因就是：这个Upper Gauley的激流是由上游的水闸Summersville Dam控制
的，今年9月11号开始直到10月18号，每个周五到下个周一 |

最近想找CHF的URG，看了几家，曾经有点纠结，现在简单写几句：
-Noveske 价钱不行，虽然我知道和子弹消耗比，upper的价格没有那么重要。
-Daniel Defense 各方面都好，包括价格。
-BCM BFH 配出来相对贵点，但选择多多，各方面切中用枪人的需求。
-Centurion arms 不了解，听人说他们用的CHF Barrel和护木非常不错。
-LMT 性能了解不多，感觉有点小贵。靠政府订单的公司是不是有点那啥？
-Spikes 我觉得是新手第一把AR的好选择，型号丰富，性价比高，随便蹂躏不心疼。
像Rainier和Rifle Gear这种店也装自己名字Upper,但和以上几个相比没什么优势。
Anyway,大多数是道听途说，哪位有更多的信息也请分享一下。

发帖数: 812 | 37 嗯，那就不推荐upper gauley了，太危险，石头太多了。new river挺好的，划kayak的
人不少，水流也比较大比较安全。
upper gauley我只看到几个划很专业的那种及其短的kayak，灵活度非常高，他们翻了
也可以迅速翻出水面，碰到rapids可以选N个路径绕过各种石头，冲下来时候人都整个
看不到了，太极限了。
你那个队友，划更猛的河那个，说不定会喜欢upper gauley，我觉得这边水路挺复杂的。

去的，医生说根据症状有点象对我的母乳里的蛋白质过敏，还要做一个upper gi，好像
是X光检查。
从大约一个月前开始拉的次数增加。现在几乎每次吃完奶半小时内都会拉，半夜也要拉
一次。有时候拉的很少，开始我还以为吃的多，或者吃了脏东西，那时候开始吃手没多
久，又或者拍嗝没拍出来，气多带出来的臭臭，后来看着拉的有些水，以为就是吃了脏
东西，就比较注意卫生，可也没什么改善，有一次洗完澡放床上，看他拉的水汤汤的，
才带去看医生，医生化验了臭臭，说没什么细菌感染。给约了今天的医生。
这个诊所离家很远，快50分钟。我因为要泵奶留在家里。听他爸爸说要做upper gi, 心
里难过死了，不敢想象。。他还是八点半吃的奶，现在很饿了，又困，还要做那么难受
的检查。早上我犹豫了很久要不要一起去，我不敢看孩子痛苦的样子，听孩子撕心裂肺
地哭闹，后来想我是妈妈应该跟孩子一起面对痛苦，给他安慰，后来因为要泵奶，还是
留在家里了。
觉得这个诊所真是糟糕，说这个检查要空腹四个小时才能做，但没有提前通知我们，看
