mold in attic and small part of basement ceiling, due to ventilation
problem which is common for houses built befoe 1980s. Seller also said it is
common to have this kind of Mold problem in houses at Upper Arlington, Ohio.
Anyone lives or know about Upper Arlington area want to share some thoughts?
Is it true that this kind of Mold problem common at Upper Arlington?
We like the location and floor plan of this house.But concern how badly will
a history of Mold problem affect the house resale value? We plan to sell it
in 3-5 yrs.
