i know some one would say that. BUT no way you can get a decent house with

的话，10年F1就就达到了（liveing版有人说5年F1攒10万，三反版6年攒20万首付）

in a long term?
(Assumptions: 500k house is good enough, don't want to pay off the mortgage,
don't want to send kids to private schools).

2年的节余，那根据情况每周再增加$1k过更多。
或者，不想错过捞底的机会。上面至少一半的钱DCA，剩下一半等机会
