被夹在岩石里了，不过后来没事了。这个河初学者也可以去。
本来7月还想再去Upper Gauley River的，后来还是没成功。羡慕楼主的hiking+

80年代末期生人，那时候谁家都不是特别有钱嘛。后来慢慢我们家就开始走上了小康之
路，因为父母学历高，都是文革后前几级的大学生，在教育系统和商业系统都稳步晋级
，现在也算是小有所成，受人尊重。经常可以再本地电视新闻、报纸和广播当中出现。
家里有七八处房产，大部分地处直辖市市区地带有一处位于郊区环境不错的地方，可以
说，目前对于大部分中国人来讲都有困难的住房问题，对于我们家来说根本不算是问题
。自家没有车，因为都是司机车接车送不需要，如果家庭活动的话随时可以和下属单位
或者各行朋友借到各种所需车辆，皇冠，大切，帕萨特等。存款当然跟富有的人比比不
过，但是也有大几百万，这些钱跟父母都很有经营头脑有关，很早大部分都投资在不仅
稳妥而且增值较快的行业中了，可以说只要不出现突然的意外，可以说家业能够长盛不
衰吧。

清晨5点我们从大峡谷出发向PAGE进发。
如果按原计划，从大峡谷出来以后我们要继续向南路过PHOENIX然后去JOSHUA TREE
NATIONAL PARK。但是旅途中我们突然决定改变计划，放弃JOSHUA TREE NP，而去ZION
。同时参观 在PAGE附近的两个非常好看的景点：HORSESHOE BEND 和ANTELOPE CANYON.
HORSESHOE BEND AT PAGE位于US89和SR98交叉处的西南，是个免费的景点。科罗拉多河
在这个地方拐了个非常急的弯儿，形成了一个马蹄形的河道。
上午9点30分我们到达了PAGE。将车子停在路边，沿着一条仅仅3/4迈的TRAIL就可以一

protein的kd，测出的signal最高只有upper limit（probe不加protein不过
filter直接加到scintillation vial里的读数）的20％。。。虽说protein
理论上可能有一部分被wash off吧，但80％ loss也太离谱了吧。。。但
signal确实是plateau了，能fit出kd来（还挺好hiahia）。
请问牛人这种现象可能正常吗？btw我根本没敢多洗，加了mixture之后就
洗了1次1ml，不过neg control挺低的了。 |

要求精细一点就要看参数范围了，比如mp很大的时候可以用
f(x)
=Gamma[x]/(m p)^x
mp 越大这个估计越准确，甚至可以进一步得到
f(x)~Gamma[x]/(m p)^x(1-x(x+1)/(2m))。
参数不满足条件的自己根据积分式算。 |

From what you stated as requirement, I think the essay is two-fold: 1.
describe your background and experience and make it appealing in an effort
to convince the committee that you have a lot to offer to the program. 2.
well-thought short term/long term goals in terms of what and how you intend
you advance yourself career-wise.
