worse since I started training for my first marathon -- because at the
time I switched to asics (forgot which one) with a lot heel cushioning
and allowed me to abuse heel strike a little more. Now I'm making a
conscious effort to reduce heel striking. I'm actually a bit unsure how
I should approach ultra running, regarding the running form. |

days followed by good days. the
mindset also makes a big difference. Normally when I'm determined to run a
fast pace, the fast pace will feel
easy. If I'm unsure whether I can manage a fast pace, then it will often

no problem breathing the cold air if it's above 20F. Below 20F, you could
consider a facemask.
2. The AM 55mpw isn't the same as 55 junk miles. If you are unsure if you
can handle the 70mpw, don't do it. Go with the 55mpw for now.
3. Don't do more than what the plan asks for. Cross training is okay.
4. Core strength exercise is good. I do it whenever I get the chance.

最近白雪。英杰。毁娜 成绩也不错。说明还是有科学的。
还是要肯定。中国发展确实快。我们在外面的不能总用老眼光啊。
2) 说业余的。
现在国内的跑步也很流行。特别是这几年。前几年从清华学生开始。
长跑热潮(eve那时候?)
慢慢的感染到更多的年轻人。很多和我们年龄相仿。
我的同学也有跑马拉松的。
但是环境的问题。国内跑步条件还是差一点。风气也无法和欧美比。
但是相对比以前好太多了。
以后会更好。我相信(我还想回去搞个Runners world中文版呢.hoho)
当然。和欧美相比。业余水平的跑步。还是有差距。从训练到比赛管理组织。

一拍打死,只是说进攻而已。一些强的4.0(slapper type)的确可在几拍内把那种发球
拍死。小田没做到不是说他做不到,只是他还没打出自己的rhythm. 小田习惯在后场拉
上旋,在没有rhythm,心态有些紧张,面对和自己一样稳定甚至更加稳定的情况下他选
择了stay in his comfort zone,没有进场强攻。 如果比赛在小田的rhythm下进行的
话,他可能会更aggresive. 球技和稳定上其实他们差不了多少,小田输在心态上了。
心态让他急躁没打出自己的rhythm所以被LJ牵着走。
就像有人问为什么四头蛇为什么没上网一样。她的发球没发出来,作为东道主她紧张,
所以心态没有调整好。整场比赛她的movement和shot selection 都有些unsure的感觉
。当然一部份原因也是因为小白的进攻和不放弃的精神造成的。就像LJ的蛋定气势压住
了小田一样。

Either check or bet on turn would be fine and probably get the same result.
It was you opponent who play too conservatively.
If I was him I would bet on turn since when you check on turn I know you
didn't have AK, nor two pairs, so I would bet on turn and river.

It really depends on your read. when you can narrow villian's range to a
point where you are ahead most of them, of course push as hard as you can to
get a call. This is where you magnify your edge when you are ahead. When
the edge becomes small between players, whoever pushes most thin value is
going to win out in the end. "Small pot when behind"+"bigger pot when ahead"
=profit.

When losing a pot, you are desperate to make it back, but unsure how. You end up playing worse than you do. Our Fuji representative visited us today, and had the following
information for us.
1. We expect to receive the first cameras the week of March 7. This is
earlier than we had been anticipating, so very good news!
2. At this point, Fujifilm has not completed their dealer allocations,
so we are unsure how exactly many units we will get in the first
shipment. We do know there are a very limited number of cameras
