起投出去，一个人就可能投出去好几个。
2）下面两三轮可能会比较乱。Study section 的 reviewers 一下适应不过来。NIH 也
可能有很多没考虑到的问题，试了两三轮之后，大家有经验了，也适应了，这样又可以
回到正轨了。希望是这样。 |

I agree with you that these are not the content that will make a proposal
fundable. But these days the payline is so low, a few points knocked off for

wow，谢谢胖老师的回复！嗯，你说的第一个和第二个原因极是。想当年只有两次机会
时候开始申基金，不改个十几稿根本不敢投的。现在好多东西都像是连夜赶出来的。其
二，不光光是医学院，好多交叉学科的都在交申请，连搞文科的都在混基金，有的学校
评选tenure的要求写出funded和unfunded的申请，所以估计造就了好多烂申请。
另一方面，还真没碰上那种在2-3之间的棘手案件，这几年基本好的就是从头读到尾都
是好，烂得真是烂。问题是我们的sro非要说给7-9的必须写够理由才可以，基本不写个
5-7条怎么烂都不行，反而写的好的倒可以少说，说没啥缺点泛泛说点优点就成了。
唉，这几个月没学会什么，就会委婉地据人了。我据据就来。 |

huge savings to finance government debt and a strong production base to
back the Yen. Their savings are gone now and that massive debt cannot be
sustainable any more so they have to either default or print.
Note that US has neither savings nor strong production base while their
unfunded liability such as Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid are to
explode with baby boomers retiring, so get ready for US to go to hell in
