发帖数: 5597 | 2 滑了两个season了，今年去之前两个月还特意去gym锻炼，就为了今年ski有个好状态，
本来信心满满的，想升级黑道。今年跟我一起的除了我之外，其他都是高手，因为是第
一天，高手们也想热热身，所以今天都滑黑蓝道，我就跟着他们一起去了。。。。
刚开始还可以，黑道上就摔了一次。不过因为体力消耗太大，到后来就一直摔，拖后腿
的要死有木有！
已经很努力了，平行turn还是做的不好。我的主要问题是downhill可以顺利的turn过来
，uphill必须要抬起来才能转，而且turn的时候uphill感觉一点重量都没有。我也按照
视频上还有同去的高手们说的，两个膝盖一起向一侧弯，但是不管我如何努力，要么就
直接摔，要么还是个wedge。我这样消耗体力很快，而且很容易就急停。我也看了视频
，想试试那种大S型的turn，可是刚turn没多久就停下来了，如果有雪堆就直接卡在里
面摔了
大家帮帮我吧，真不知道哪出了问题，今天太受挫了 |

我感觉她游的还行，但打turn好象比队里一个同龄小孩慢，本来她快一些，打完flip
turn就慢一些，感觉短池比赛50 yard，打turn挺重要的。
问了教练，她的动作没啥问题，不知为啥就慢。教练让她打快一点。感觉效果不大。
这种情况是不是教练水平不行还是小孩。 |

1， 翻前最后一划要有意加速，然后低头，顺势充分利用惯性反转，就会觉得轻松和享
受。我觉得这是顺势就是FLIP TURN的精髓，也是为什么FLIP TURN要优于OPEN TURN的
原因。因为OPEN TURN是反势的，阻力大。
2， 反转时鼻子要出气，BLOW BUBBLE，这样不会呛水和憋气。
3，不要过早打开身体，完全翻过来后，看见自己膝盖后再打开。打开时，有一点有意
的甩腿动作。
4，翻转时有意控制一下身体，根据自己呼吸的习惯，朝左或右斜一点，这样脚蹬壁时
有一个角度，比如45度，也可以小一点，一个是容易翻转，二是有利于随后的
STREAMLINE。
5，其实1.2.3.4是一气呵成的。练熟了，每到池边就很期待每一次翻转蹬壁，而不是
OPEN TURN时，感觉很麻烦。 |

身特自如，特快，还不是FLIP TURN. 感觉他就是用的Open TURN.
我那天也练练，400Y FLIP TURN很痛苦。
STREAMLINE 重要,世人皆知。转身STREAMLINE，我感觉是重中之重,因为速度最快。

have straight flush draws, you can reraise all in on flop when raised, but
at turn that is a -EV move for sure and you have to lay it down.
check raise turn also risks giving the other player a free turn card for draw. It works best against player that likes to semi-bluff on turn. |

package算，Yelp比Turn每年多4万左右。但是，Turn除了base和bonus，还给15k

Tableau: 135K, 10-20% bonus, 10K relocation, 15K signon
Zillow: 120K, 15% bonus, 10K relocation, 10K signon
Turn: 140K, 10%-20% bonus, 20K relocation, 10K signon
股票之类的都没有。
Tableau和Zillow地处雅图，而且都已经上市，而且从glassdoor上的review看，员工给
与公司的评价都很高(>=4.0)；但是Turn地处湾区，听说要上市，也许会被收购,
glassdoor上的review比较一般，公司员工对于公司的管理提出许多不满。
三个职位都是跟data science，machine learning相关。
去Zillow的话就是他们后台的数据处理和模型构建， 可能Python和R用的多。
去Tableau的话，就是做后台，C++支持较多。
去Turn的话，做实时广告的算法研究和实现，比较流行的平台（spark，hadoop等）

2.Turn在湾区，location啊location
3.技术上Turn更有意思些，跳槽的话更热门些。毕竟处理这么大数据量的公司没几家。
4.听说Turn换了个CEO，蛮大刀阔斧的、颇受好评，赌一下公司上市或者收购也不错。 |

大家还是要动态的看公司的前提，2015是AdTech的烂年份，各个AdTech公司都不咋滴。

只在左脚内刃3 turn时候发生. 以前没注意, 现在学pattern, 要求滑得快, 问题就浮
上水面了. 我自己琢磨了半天, 反复比较左脚和右脚转的感觉. 后来发现左脚在冰上留
下的痕迹不像一个3, 倒像一个勺子, 入弯的时候曲线更弯, 出弯几乎是平的. 又琢磨
了半天, 发现我左脚的习惯是入弯前弯一下, 不知不觉地蹬一下冰,然后再rise up, 这
样实际上是一个小小的 snow plow stop. 结果转是转过来了, 但是严格地说不是一个3
turn.
正宗的3 turn,在入弯之前要好好set up. 以左前刃3turn 为例, 两臂平伸,左臂向前,
右臂向后. 眼睛向右后方看, 用力向后拧右肩,拧着拧着, 冰刀就会自然而然地转过来,
转的过程中上身几乎不动, 转后马上在冰刀外刃前部加力, 同时屈膝,两臂保持一前一
后平伸,上提right hip, 这样才能保持平衡.
总而言之, 我学到的教训就是, 转身前脚下不要加力, 加力是在转身后的一瞬间.表达

from observing more advanced skiiers, it seems their skis are very parallel
when turning. They seem to just twist from side to side.
When I use the wedge, my turns are very big. If I allow the speed to pick up,
I have no way of stopping myself.

complete and smooth turn 的 track 是比较圆的。 你现在的track应该有比较明显的
Z。另外注意一定要complete前几个turn, 否则你会越滑越快。
2. 正常，但是不能放任inner ski, 要actively 转转转它
3. carve turn 是parallel 的一种， 能carve了， 你的ski 肯定是parallel的。 反
之， parallel 不一定是carve, 有能是搓雪, skidded parallel. |

I need him to pay me a little on the turn for drawing.
And I could have big draw(ace high flush draw )also, he suppose to fold his
hand.
Plus, the turn is queen, my bet on the turn may slow him down on the river
with his possible TT.
However, the problem is that my hand is too weak. Should I just check it
back to control the pot, or extract a little more value from flush draw?

Went to WV Hollywood with my boss today, each of us end up loss 300 bucks.
The Good: live game with much higher stake(1/2nl) than the normal $20 buy in
game is actually not that scary. Hollywood changed to rake which is good
for newbie like me who play really tight.
The bad: Other than the 4-5 hand I did win, couldn't hit anything in the 4
hour session played. Totally messed up on hand that would win me some money
and the only hand I played kind on tilt actually got me ~$70.

In actual play, I did fold it. I fold it based on villian's playing style
and his turn raise range. He could raise with full house or higher flush
for value which I was drawing dead against. He showed me QQ, with Q of
hearts. He thought he is way ahead.

要点有两个，
1,要在1&2或1a2的&或者a上转身，这样才能转的快
2.转的时候并没有长时间在任何一个脚上停留，更多的是利用脚来weight transfer
比如向左做360转，实际上是左脚向左侧，身体转180，留头看左，passing右脚
直线过去，然后头身体一起转180，看左，左脚passing直线过去
哈哈，和vienese waltz是一个道理，因为动量朝一个方向运动，所以不能在任何
一个脚上长时间停留，只能是用两个脚来走直线passing weight，
立马试了一下，立马就能打2个turn出来，虽然速度慢点，哈哈
进步很大嘛，哈哈
还有个要点就是在转180处收胳膊，减小惯性，增加转速，转过一起展开胳膊减速，
接着一个turn是同一个道理，要保持重心平移的速度，不要和turn两个干扰起来 |
