，嫌钓螃蟹太浪费时间，我一般就是拿个抄网直接去抄，10、20分钟抄个10来个就走人
了。
你带着你的网子去你们那边的harbor Dr那里的那些船坞附近或者cove rd尽头的公园里的船坞试试吧，肯定不少。
网子在pier或者dock上面能垂直放水里的地方好用，绳子在石头边缓坡的地方好用，各
有不同吧。

山大。 提前几天就做准备，电池搞了两块， 做了不少 research， 网上也发现了不少
钓点，同时 咨询了不少麻州老 ID， poof， greatangler，篮球， myfish， docker
，fugtive等， 一并致谢。
Sunday 下午终于出发，2 点才到， 充气挂 motor，下船。 原想试一试马里兰一带的
trot line, 绑了大约5－60米的鸡肉， 没有想到的是马里兰主要用鸡脖子，都是骨头
所以沉底，而我用的是鸡肉，而且比较肥，结果下水沉不下去，完完全全失败。 决定
靠岸，到shaw's 重新买肉少的鸡腿。 理论和实际总有距离， 还好这次及时纠正， 不
辱使命，总算有收获。
把橡皮船再次开到河中央深水处， 下锚， 船一边挂几个鸡腿， 再在每个鸡腿上挂个
3 oz sinker，开钓，立竿见影，一个接一个上，3点钓到5点， 2小时钓了 35只， 都
还不小，小的5寸半，最大的一只接近8寸，个头普遍比去年大，但感觉不如去年好吃。

发帖数: 471 | 26 早在报名之前, 就知道这个感恩节的turkey trot实际上是个fun run, 搞笑为主不怎么
竞速. 尽管如此, 仍然穿了running tight和cold compression, 因为实在挺冷, 当时
有零下两三度的样子.
现场要比我想象的还要娱乐, 说说笑笑一路很开心的就跑完了:
1. 人山人海.
预计报名的人6000人, 到了现场人山人海, 据说实际人数有7000不止. 起跑线后面密密
麻麻的排了无数的人. 我们排的靠后, 枪响以后我们花了将近5分钟的样子才走到起跑线
. 过了起跑线仍然跑不起来, 前面人太多,走了一阵子才能跑起来.
人虽然多, 当大家为逝去的人默哀时,7000人竟一时间鸦雀无声.
2. lima lima
Lima lima是当天过来助兴的飞行编队的名字. 在起跑前的五分钟, lima lima迎面呼啸
而来, 花样百出, 就是一个小型的air show. 在起跑的一刹那, 飞行编队低空飞行和比
赛人群同时冲过起跑线, 呼啸而去, 人群一下子就沸腾了, 都跟磕了兴奋剂一样, 市长
先生也站在起跑线上的给大家挥手致意.
3. Costume

发帖数: 113 | 27 因为赶火车，跑完了就直奔火车站，不知道最后的成绩。过终点线好像是33‘26“，很
不满意，因为我知道好像这个线路只有4。8迈。
头一天吃得太多，特别是蛋糕，但因为是过节没办法。每个人都做了不同的糕点，不好
意思只吃一家，每个都尝了些，感觉一年都没有吃过这么多蛋糕,结果是一起床就觉得
身体不是最理想.
计划是比去年好是及格（去年是34‘39“），进33分是正常，进32分是理想。但一开枪
就跑快了，头一迈都是上坡，也没觉得，然后两迈基本是下坡。但到了3迈后又开始上
坡，而且都是陡坡，一下子速度就下来了。感觉还是比赛的少，缺那股韧劲，看着3个
人超过去，没有狠劲跟上，从3迈开始的1。5迈速度落到7分半了，最后冲了一下，无奈
和前面的人距离太远，保持排位的冲过了终点，拿了瓶水就走了。
其实那1。5迈也就200英尺的落差，想想也不是太糟，还是心理上没有准备好。加上开
始没有充分热身,一出发跑的太快（一段心跳到了211,后来基本在180-185左右),造成后
面的被动.
明年再来. |

发帖数: 285 | 34 今天参加了2009 Snoqualmie Ridge Turkey Trot 5K race,chip time是21：13，第一
次是10月9日公司的5k run，21：50。这次的路线比较诡异，前一半基本都是下坡，第
一mile 6：30就跑完了感觉还很好，后一半就几乎都是上坡了，还有很多急转弯，终于
在peer pressure下坚持下来了，希望下次能sub 21.
这次是在一个学校举行的，有kid的1k fun run,还有很多小孩也参加了5k run,有些kid
虽然只有我一半高，但是跑起来真是smoking fast,感觉起码都能sub 20的水平。 |

表盘大加上LCD分辨率高,同时显示的信息就很多,不像我的破烂T6看了时间lap就看不了
距离的lap,GPS pod和foot pod也都出问题没法用了.每一迈都给设了自动lap,到时候就
嘀嘀嘀响一下.数据倒到runningahead上也比较方便,连路径的地图也给画出来了.
稍微有点动心了,如果跌到80块,我就买一个,哈哈. |
