我们谈到的salt tablet也叫electrolyte replenishment。个人感觉它对顺利熬过最后
几麦还是有帮助。好多店都有卖，比如：

wonderful job on organizing and summarizing already!
I really appreciate the group runs we had these several times, especially
this time; I have hesitations to have another 20 mile run even it is in my
plan, and I do not think I can finish it if I run alone. but running with
you guys makes it much easier and much more fun.
I feel the weather is much colder this time, and it takes me much more time
to get warm with my arms.

麦和22麦左右。

is over 10 miles, so you won't feel that cold.

I'm the guy who benefited most from the weekend group long run.
You guys helped me meet my training goal for CIM.

will provide water and Ultima. GU gel will be supplied
at miles 13, 20 and 23
