National in order to get a national title.
in tennis, ppl complained most was sand-bagging.
as i said, the guys who just start to play tournaments like to have a
rating relatively lower than his real level, but not too much.
Dennis David gave me a 1300 for my first Oct 96 tournament, in Jan.,
he found out i was over 1550, he felt guilty since he thought i went
to nationals for national titles.

发帖数: 4072 | 6 其实交给USATT并不多。0星级的比赛sanction fee 50刀，然后rating fee每人7刀，7-
10个人也就50-70刀。
主要是场地费150刀（给CLUB会员的优惠价，一天加头一晚热身），然后给看门老大爷
50刀tip（我们那每年三次的那些个tournament都是每次给人150刀，我说我们人少没钱
人老大爷也能理解），然后买pizza和饮料，加上制作几个好汉证书和框子，就400出头
了。所以省了USATT的费就省了100刀的样子，要是还是每人一个trophy，要做好点的
trophy估计困难。
主旨就是聚会乐一乐，加上大家水平接近，比如上次没人全胜，也没人全败，打个痛快
。也图个有官方记录的bragging rights的乐子。

groups of 6-7 players, great! They had their own ratings too, also had
their annual league tournament with trophies (u have to have the club
rating to play their tour, so i went there first time to play to

发帖数: 48486 | 13 J比赛积分前四名小组赛不打，剩下70人，根据积分分成俩半区，上半区8组，每组5人
，下半区6组每组五人。这样上半区的人上午小组基本上不会碰到积分1500以下的，组
内的人水平比较接近，还不用担心被小孩Upset。然后上半区每组的前两名加上积分的
前四名打Open，每组的三四名打AA，每组的第五名打A。
我现在的目标就是AA的trophy，虽然如果小组第五拿Trophy几乎手拿把攥，因为A下午
只有俩组每组四人，两枚出线，只要出线就有奖品。但是确实很多年没有为了奖品而故
意输球了，终于去除了J恶习。小声说，其实主要是发现家里垃圾奖品太多了，搬家都
麻烦，成鸡肋了。
想想08年第一次碰到输一局教授，他都没跟我交手的机会啊，他当时在下半区，不过他
最后拿了下半区的冠军，也不少银子呢。然后没多久就Solid 1800+了，现在1900左右
晃，AA的冠军拿过了，Open的前八MS也进过。
四度饮恨以后，今年是第五次，结果出师不利。

为按照rating我是第九号，所以按照蛇形排列，我应该是第八组的二号，而第八组的一
号，是只比我高几分的长胶老David，我现在赢他还是很有信心的，最近连续赢了两次
了，上次伙计的比赛，3：0拿下。所以我的如意算盘是，小组第一出线，赢David至少
涨几分，然后下午打open，啃下一枚是一枚，三场都输，估计也掉不了几分。
但是人算不如天算，早晨一路N处大雨，还好因为早，车少，顺利到了地方。结果刚开
门，就到了几位，找人练了一会儿，发现shuyiju教授还没来，富婆大姐和老David都没
来啊。等比赛的表格一出来，我一看，自己成了第八组的1号。因为老David不打了，再
看富婆大姐的名字也不在，等因为下雨被堵在路上shuyiju到了，才知道，前几日富婆
大姐刚刚出了车祸，highlander报废了，还好人无大碍，但是需要休息，不打了。不知
道老David为啥也没来。这样我赛前的如意算盘全部落空了。

几个严重问题。推荐你看看FYB的“Server Fundamentals"系列，里面有详细分解录像
1. 没有knee bend.是要真的下蹲，同时顶胯
2. 没有trophy pose。或者trophy pose时本来应该举拍向上，而你提前把拍子背到背
后了。这样就失去了做下一个动作“Racket drop”的可能了
3. 没有racket drop，这样拍头加速度距离不够，也无法做“甩鞭”动作和snap手腕
如果你能克服这些问题，你发球的球速和旋转可以提高很多。

这样引拍的唯一好处是成功率比较高，其实手腕没有完全放松。只是平的，没有竖起来
。回程比trophy少1/4距离，对我的力量来讲timing比较容易达到。trophy也试过，
timing更难，成功率会大大降低。 |

不过我发球肯定没有slice，一点儿都没有，你要是一帧一帧看肯定一点儿也看不到，
都是从高点snap/pronate下来的，怎么可能有slice呢？我的就是单纯的平击。
Trophy post肯定不够，knee bend也不够，不过目前身体素质只能做到这样的了。真的
不是知错不改的托词，很多动作就是让我徒手摆，我都摆不出来，或者站不稳呢，呵呵。
我有那张支起来的球筐，就在汽车后备箱，没拿出来。这是court（那是一个网球学校
所在的）的球筐和球。我去打发球机然后和别人对练，最后自己练了几十个发球，就地
取材的。

基本不停顿，连续拉拍、trophy、挥拍，由慢到快逐渐加速。这样打右臂发力最连贯充
分。唯一的问题是一般抛球要比较高，容易受风的影响。
你是两手同时向上，ff基本就是这样。这样一般要求比较明显的trophy |

continental 发球球龄一个月左右
看到的问题有（其实不是我看出来的，球友理论高手帮我看出来的）
weight transfer不够，左手trophy position举手不够高
等等，等等，仔细看，可能还会有foot fault
另一个录像里被球友发现100% foot fault，每个球发球前左脚蹭一步
总结和trophy姿势左手举的不够高重心不够后有关
这个是刻意修正了的，貌似还是不够
请高手多多指教，最应该加强的地方是啥

1。动力链停顿：由于抛球较高，加上做trophy pose 时身体僵硬，等球时停顿计较明显
，因而腿部力量比较难以发挥，这个问题在以前的录像里更明显，现在略好，但还没完
全纠正。
2。trophy动作有问题，你的击球手臂比较偏向右边，必须更靠坐边，这样在击球时更
好的完成有左向右上的刷球动作。
3。随挥动作:你的随挥动作有点像slice serve. kick serve的随挥一定要由左至右结束
在右边或身体前面，而不应该结束在左面。
你的发球基本上没有一弹触网，好点的kick serve 基本上都会一弹触网

后猛力转肩带动甩拍，结果...一发触网，非常兴奋，这可是我最近一两个月里一次没
见到的。兴奋之下开始重复，从车里取出一筐球开始练，球友也来了，反正一个练发一
个练接。结果，30%的球发球线内（先不管落点，有时候落错court）一弹触网，30%-40

8：30之前全部到场。
时间一过8：30，大家就都很快的开始热身比赛了。比赛基本上是按照比赛的schedule
的赛程顺序来进行的。首先进行的是小组内的循环赛。每一对选手，在这一轮比赛中，
都进行了4场的比赛。这一轮结束时，时间也就差不多中午12：00了。大家都在球场上
high了一上午了，都饿了。这时候，去买Pizza的两个后勤兄弟也把Pizza买回来了。
随后大家是一边吃Pizza，一边观看接下来的两次同时进行的semi-final比赛。Semi-
final的比赛一结束，天气突变，大雨即将来临。Final的两对选手刚刚开始比赛，就被
大雨给浇黄了。

在Rice的比赛由于天气原因，没有赛出Champion，但也赛出了这Final的两对获得

另外实际上发球挥拍的过程跟扔棒球的动作很像，只是方向不同，从trophy pose开始
挥拍，最先动的实际是左手，有一个下压的动作。很多人发球动作看着别扭是因为左手
的位置不对，比如Ken的左手就有抬的太高的问题。
食神的动作看着顺而且效果好，左手在挥拍过程中很有效的起到了协调的作用，你从他
奔扔球的动作就能看出来他扔球的动作也很协调。
我建议你对着镜子练扔棒球的动作，体会左手向下压的动作，什么时候你扔球的动作顺
了，发球的动作也会顺溜很多。
给你个tip： 做一个扔棒球的准备动作，右手在头后，左手向前伸直，然后保持这个姿
势，屈膝弯腰转成trophy pose，你会发现你的左手不是纯向上，而是斜上，这个姿势
有助你左手做出下压的动作，如果左手举的太高，下压的动作就不好做了。 |

听你的描述，你现在的发球和俺4.0时的发球差不多。topspin 发球，有点kick, 尽量
避开对方正手。唯一不同的是俺LP懒，不做饭，所以我比较瘦，还挺能跑和磨的。所以
这发球在4.0也是能混的。
到4.5就不行了。对手接发球给我压力大，又不像4.0那样会送分。屡受挫折后决定请高
人指点。slice -> topspin/kick -> flat 这条路线是他指出的。他的教法主张form
和fundemental. 从这个角度slice 最容易，应为slice 需要动的部位最少, 也不容易
受伤。topspin/kick 需要弯膝，仰胸etc.
刚开始练习时要注意完全放松，尽量用慢动作， 脚不要弯，也不要动(右脚发完后可以
先前跨一步)。 这是让你发球稳，感受每一个动作细节。
还有几点，握拍要方松，拍头该荡下来朝地后再上升，如果我站在你的后面，我该能看
到你的胸， 脚基本上和底线25degree deuce side, 平行add side. 真正initiate前 (

我觉的这是个low power position, 主要是racket drop的时候肘不够低。

咱们从左臂开始：你有短暂 trophy poss, 很好。poss时左臂不是垂直向上的，而是斜
向前方45度。原因：toss方向不对，人类因为肩部的结构，应该无法从那个角度把胳膊
提到垂直(屏幕前应该有猩猩在抬手臂了)。下次尝试从身体前方沿着底线抬，用肱二头
肌蹭左脸。
in short:蹭脸，trophy poss稍长一些，力量从腿部开始一起释放。 |

不错，很合理。
原计划只有第一，第二名的两对，获得trophy+一点奖金（gift card），但如果采用这
个比赛方案，那第三名至少也应该授予trophy的，也好让这个Consolation Bracket这
些比赛，增加一份去让大家赢比赛的动力。
那就在两个Brackets的final match之前，每个match都是一个long set，8-game，no
ad，两个final matches，都是2 regular sets + 10-point tiebreak if need。 |

你其实自己已经分析出自己发球的最大问题（well, maybe not the biggest but
could be a root for many other issues...)
你的发球引拍算是abbreviated style 目前很多pro都是， 我个人是更倾向于classic
elongated 的。 问题是你把左右臂的动作基本完全分开了，“右手有时不知放哪儿”
也可以说是“放哪儿放太久”。 右臂该随左臂一起上(maybe a tick delay) 参考穆雷：

由于你两臂动作分解了（右臂放哪儿放太久）， 有时你右臂还在向上 take时， 左臂
就开始向下了。 左臂向下该是trophy pose 后， 右小臂向下到scratch back 时向下
