说trophy position吧，正确的动作是不停顿的，那怎么定义trophy position呢？有人
说拍子网上指就算，那么老废指的方向和豆子指的方向不一样，哪个算呢？ 90度算还
是89度算。
不能严格定义trophy position，这个公式就没有意义。
还有，最佳抛球高度其实是因人而异的。很多职业选手喜欢高抛，比如德子，因为可以
借用一点多出来的势能。因为职业选手稳定性很强，所以牺牲稳定性，换取更多的能量

Nikon 3-9. 这两把枪的用途完全不一样。10 FCPK 加上高倍的镜子和原先的24英寸加
长重管是靶场上的女皇，只能用壮观 一词来形容。它的muzzle break 非常有效，在录
像中我留意到自己的枪身和两脚架完全没有在击发时离开地面，后坐力也微乎其微，枪
口处形成的冲击波那叫一个爽啊。作为靶枪FCPK 绰绰有余，精度在100码使用Federal
Match King 175grain 可以轻松保持在0.70 MOA 左右。但是配上镜子和bipod 的FCPK
估计要11 lb, 所以为了追猎或寻猎用途是完全不切实际的，枪太长也太沉，枪的平衡
也是前端巨沉。
Savage 11我虽然没有，但是它和Savage 16 是同一型枪，只不过后者是不锈钢枪管。
308 的 Savage 16 给我的第一感觉是轻巧。在打猎时携带会非常方便。但是Savage 16

今天参加了当地的一个华人组办的一个Tennis Tournament。Tournament按照年龄分为小于
40岁一组和40岁以下Group。俺在40+ Group，今天进行的是Singles only。下周六再继续同
样俺年龄分成两组的Doubles。整个Tournament是open to everybody。
俺在40+ Group共有16人参赛。4个人一个小组，共4个小组，每小组的前2名出现，然后
继续交叉淘汰1/4决赛，然后1/2决赛，最后决赛。
每个match是best 4 games out of 7 - whoever first wins the 4th
game， win the match。If 3:3 tie，then regular tiebreaker。
这是我今天Singles Tournament的成绩：
小组俺以4:1, 4:1，和4:0，排名第一的成绩，进入到小一轮的1/4决赛.
在1/4决赛，俺以4:0击败对手，进入到下一轮的1/2决赛。

上次我奔发球录像，你给指出了两点问题。第二个问题还在探讨中；但是第一点关于我
没有trophy position确实是醍醐灌顶且中肯其。
我现在改成Andy的引拍方式。直接拍子上去到trophy position。
这也解答了我几年来的一个问题：我经常发现我不弯腿发球速度反而快。因为每次这样
做的时候，我有trophy position呵呵

我觉得你要不要尝试改变引拍？不要从右侧脸抬拍头到trophy pose, 而是伸直右臂，
把拍头下垂到右大腿，再从后面画圆弧上来到trophy，（因为这样用的时间长trophy停
顿没那么久）然后直接伸臂挠最高点
就像CC那样
我最近就这样改自己的动作，发现这样更连贯。有时候引拍会直接导致后面的姿势不同
另外发球动作是很难改的，你不妨把拍子放一边，空手抛球，体会右臂伸直了也挠不到
的感觉先 |

发帖数: 1776 | 47 动作连贯，我觉得你主要问题是： 右手始终举得太高，就没有太多向上的距离了， 没
法向上刷球。 举得太高也造成挥拍的行程不够长， 没有更多时间加速拍头
0：05 对比你和 pro的trophy pose，注意的的手高过头顶不少, pro手 比头低，或者
差不多
0：07 你 racquet drop 手还是高过头顶不少， 导致拍头没法垂直地面。
0：08 pro racquet drop 手已经明显低于头不少了， 拍头不但垂直甚至超过90度于地
面
后面的击球瞬间由于pro下半身蓄能充分， 一下子高出不少。
不知道你有没有asus的那个能追踪轨迹的软件。 你追踪一下你和pro手从trophy pose
到 击球瞬间的整个轨迹， 我估计可能行程少不少。
建议你静态摆摆姿势，体会一下右手低于头的trophy姿势。 尤其注意左键要高于右键
