没问题，rxn完了大小大概200－400Nts。最近抽的同一个质粒酶切看起来
正常，一做Nick Translation就切碎了，小于100 Nts. 换了几种质粒kit,
用了DH5a, TOP10, Stbl3，都不行，但是control质粒正常。我怀疑质粒
不干净，所以用Phenol抽过，还是不行。请问大家有什么建议？ |

我听了很多所谓Translational research 的讲座，还没听到什么让人印象深刻的好的
。基本分为两类，一类是找到很多相关性，不过是原因还是后果，有没有用，都不知道
；另一类号称研究机理，但不过是在已知领域证实已知的知识或者根据已知的知识推一
小步就能预测到的知识。。我看到的大部分做Translational research的，发的文章都
在很低的杂志。都号称要筛药，可没几个真找到新药的。这个概念让很多学术水平很烂
的PI可以活的比以前好多了。 |

有的载体的范围内部进行小规模的折腾和调整，我无法想像这些能对医药起到革命性推
动的效果。
我对translational research的一个疑问就是，如果所谓 translational research就
是在已知的药品里倒腾，而且必须涉及人体的话，那么大部分PhD PI都没有办法去干这
种研究啊，那NIH强调这个不就是等于说，如果没有MD degree就别做研究了？ |

study 到底有什么区别。
听过几个讲座，都是研究如何给药以及什么时候给药最有效这种话题，感觉就是一个规
模稍微小的一点clinical study。
谁能来说一下？到底什么样的研究模式才算是translational research？难道要我们去
给病人打针这样才算么？
我对这个话题很好奇但是一直觉得云里雾里的。 |

发帖数: 731 | 33 这段时间没什么好电影. Lost in Translation就算不错的了. 电影节奏很慢,
有一些很滑稽幽默的镜头,但多数时间都是淡淡的.坐在hotel巨大的玻璃窗前,
东京的密密麻麻的高楼大厦,无数的灯火,来来往往的车流,即使在生活中不觉
得迷失的人,此时此刻也会有种lost的感觉.整个电影非常细腻.
今天才发现,原来导演Sofia Coppola就是当年导Virgin Suicide的人.Virgin
Suicide我几年前无意间在一家电影院看过,觉得情节有些难以理解.今年看
Virgin Suicide作者的新小说--middlesex (得了2003 pulitzer prize),
就不觉得virgin suicide很奇怪了.
我觉得女生可能更会喜欢Lost in Translation.里面很多感觉是非常subtle的. |
