EB1A TSC 绿了，DIY，从版上学到了太多，为回报本版，特附上谈不上经验的经验，适
用于 EB1A， 以及concurrent filing，以及TSC，以及容易焦虑的同学
基本 timeline
2016/6月末，140, 485, 131, 765 concurrent filing at TSC
2016/7 月末，fingerprint walk in
2016/8月末，EAD combo card received
2016/11月末，140 approved （regular processing）
2016/11 月末，485 RFE for medical (开始没交)
2016/12 月初，485 RFE 回复
2017/2月初，485 approved
2017/2 月中，GC received
总体差不多八个月，不算快也不算慢，关于140，基本是从版上学的经验，包括PL 也是

从6/24到今天，trackitt上被批地audit cases 分别pending 了:
484 天
466 天
470 天
456 天
这样推算，我的case还要再等个6个月。。。真想mj了。。。 |

In 2009, there were 29,502 certifications, where as in 2010 there were 70,
237 certification, which is a 2.381 times jump with respect to 2009.
41.2% approvals are for applicants born in INDIA. That means a net demand of
about 65K by Indian applicants, mostly under EB2 and EB3 categories. Please
note that it includes all PORTING cases from EB3 to EB2.

排期下个月就要到了，等得花都要谢了。。。 但还是很高兴，不过LD的情况使我很担
心，所以请高手指教，以提前应对：
我（主申请人）：H1， 140已批，485于07年大潮已递。
LD（副申请人）： 07年7月和我一起递的485，但当时身分是F1。 情况特殊在LD当
时一个月前以F1入境后，我就给LD递了485。之后LD用EAD工作，没有申请H1。
我的问题是： LD回国探亲刚以F1返美不到一个月我们就递了485, 这会导致LD的485悲
剧吗？因为好像有说法F1签证入美国要等》3个月才可以递。
有谁比较懂这个，请不吝赐教？我们应该怎样应对？
拜谢了！！！！！！！
我又古狗了一下这个问题，还是得不到清楚的答案，网上有说要等60天，90天的。在
trackitt上也找到了一个基本一样的问题，

份刚交的，大部分从FILE DATE到批准日，就那么三四个月。TRACKITT上面都有的数据。 |

发帖数: 1162 | 25 I assumed 2.5k-5k monthly approval for EB1 and EB2 ROW.
I analyzed the trackitt data.
From July 1st to July 13th, more than 130 C&I EB2 got approved and only 1
EB1 and 8 ROW EB2 got approved. More than 90% of the approval is EB2 for
China and India. Although it's possible trackitt may not reflect the 100%
truth, it did tell us that at least 80-90 percent of the approvals are China
and India EB2. EB1 and EB2 ROW are being approved very slowly, not too many
at all.

The spillover law should be reversed as previously that is the only thing
can be done for the EB-3 India relief. it is injustice people waiting for
Greencard from 2002 August onwards but people who applied(not all) on year
2007/2008 get Green cards.

发帖数: 1139 | 30 其实这个话题在Trackitt上已经辩论了很久了，双方各执己见，都有根据。我个人觉得
没有直接关系，但有间接关系。如果FP在2个月之后才打上，那么最少也得3-4个月才能
拿到卡啊。那些2个月拿到的人基本都是一个月就打了指纹的。不过，我们谁也不知道
USCIS倒底内部是如何批准cases，所以没有特殊情况完全不必操心这个。我也不赞成
abuse系统。
BTW，Trackitt上有大量讨论early walk-in的帖子，主要都是老印，已经好多年了。
各指纹中心现在就是强制按预约日期来的，只不过他们不忙的时候会适当通融一下，
当然我们也不知道他们什么时候会不忙。 |

上周五收到update，我们2个人都是CPO了，今早又收到update，status从CPO变成
decision了，说是mailed out了一个approval notice，we have registered your new
PR status。
然后打800客服，跟L1officer说我想知道绿卡邮寄的tracking number，然后就被转到
了L2. L2查了一下，说她没看到她的系统里显示我的case approved。
我是NSC的。之前看trackitt上都是TSC的出这个问题。
还有其他人遇到过这个问题吗？ |

发帖数: 121 | 38 上周五晚终于听到一直期盼的手机收到message后的铃声，赶快上网查到
status 变为了 card production ordered. 等了差不多5年了，终于解脱了。
首先感谢大家的祝福和鼓励，特别是noles 老大无私分享他准备给senator
发的信，尽管我最后也没用上。 我大部分时间潜水，穷人一个只有三个
包子，准备全给noles老大了。
下面是我办绿卡整个过程的一些经验教训，希望对后来人有点帮助:
1. 要尽早办PERM。当初就轻信了HR的一面之词，说等H1B批了以后才能
开始办PERM。后来发现其实有别的同事一来就开始同时办H1B和PERM。
当时也怪自己没有push HR，结果06年8月工作，到07年5月PERM才交
上去。又因为是在Atlanta center错过了大潮。
2. 因为当初交PERM和140, 公司指定的律师就挺拖，我就自己交了485。
还好HR很合作，9月份就给我把EVL准备好了。我觉得如果能自己
交485，最好自己交。看到有不少律师比较拖拉或则把表填错。
特别是如果有RFE的话，trackitt上有人过了几个星期才收到

up to process these cases.
What surprised me is that there are quite a lot of Sept. cases are still
pending on Trackitt.

你的极端情况不可能出现，Q2比Q1实批大得多的结论不会改变，具体比例可能略有变化。

补吃，EB3的4万一个也不会剩。
Inventory数据只能看看EB-23，对EB-1，EB-5这种all C的类别没有任何意义，因为他
们随到随批。
Trackitt数据很能说明问题了，我已经在trackitt数据上打了一个大折来估计。

不重要。当然他提了一下Q2（但只是他的展望）然后你马上亮出你的观点，就是Q2:Q1=
2:1, 用的依据是trackitt,这basedon trackitt里面的assumption用的又是来辅助你观
点的！其实这个论战到了那个帖子就可以结束了

EB3，而EB3的排期可以port到EB2。后来又发现PERM不要求employee已经开始工作也是
可以办的，只要雇主同意。得知这个消息以后我如获至宝，开始疯狂找实习，谈的要求

This means ROW EB2 might have a cut-off date and have to wait for visas in
following months! The reason is that DOL has assigned a lot more visas to
India/China than their country quota (7%) in EB2, as a result ROW cannot
have enough to keep Current.
