From what I have seen in other forums or law sites, pre-adjudication is the
process of continuing to review a case and getting it "very close to
approval", especially during times when Visa numbers are retrogressed. What
this means (as I have understood it) is that your GC should be approved as
soon as your date becomes current again!!! So, happy days may be around the

I did it indeed. But the data look biased.
For EB1A, 67 denied vs 353 approved
For EB1B, 18 denied vs 533 approved.
Looks like people tend to report when approved, but not to report when
denied.

你去Trackitt上看看，很多Eb2的485是今年7月份交的，大部分都已经批了。
不要只是异想天开的说Eb2的485是2007年交的，
“主要是由于这两个月大部分绿的EB2 是07年就交上
去了，基本啥流程都走了，就差个排期，当然快了。 按照RD来，也应该是这些申请先
批。

发帖数: 2495 | 12 When 140 is pending, you can file 485 with 140 receipt notice http://www.path2usa.com/i140-process. So I guess, even your 140 is approved, you still can use that notice.
I think you should be able to get EAD sooner than green card. However, I don
't understand how EAD can help your 485. If you change your job within 180
days after 485 was received, your current employer can revoke your 140, so
the whole case would fail. After 180 days, with an EAD, you would be safe (

Something I've been meaning to do for a while was check what proportion of
PP RFEs get an approval or denial. A lot of people on this site say "don't
do PP as you'll get a RFE" which is irrelevant because what you want to know
is whether you'll be ultimately approved, not whether they ask additional
questions.
By my reckoning using the stats on this site (all I-140):
6% of PP with RFE get denied
10% of non-PP with RFE get denied

"The EB1B petition is for future employment, so you only need to have the
intention of taking up the job with the sponsoring Employer when the I-485
is approved.
It doesn't matter whether you join from your current employment or another
one you have taken whilst the case is pending.
What you can't do is refuse to join the sponsoring employer when the I-485

一周之后没消息，又打电话，另一个人说她说因为我是主申请人，如果我的不加急，他
的也不会被处理的。我说上周接电话的说不用，她说她的理解是这样的。然后很nice地
把加急的条件按文件上写的念了一遍，给了个case ＃2, 说一周之内会给答复。
当晚收到case #1的e-mail, 说在考虑，要等。之后几天收到信，说办的人多，不能加

很慢。我9月还交过一个NIW做backup，也是杳无音信。Trackitt上这样的好像还不少。
夏花的建议很好，多陪陪娃是个好办法。我们家小小鱼最近睡反了，半夜精神的很，正
在帮她调整，自己也睡得很少，好像不那么焦虑了，呵呵。 |

前一段我想PP来着，律师坚决不干。根据枪兄理论我10月初的140前后有些RFE（和枪兄
不同，我是另一拨128开头的），加上申请的经费还能把工资坚持大半年，所以我是只

know you have no job right now, that marked the red flag on your
application and made it transfered to local office. If you did not apply
UB, i think you can safely fly under the radar, tons of EB1A passed
without EVL since EB1A is already a self-petition category. If you are
not married, don't have any illegal status or criminal history in the
past, you are the first one I ever saw go to the local office interview
