1月第一周递交的25%左右已经报绿（1月份递交的485有一半集中在第一周）；
1月第二周递交的也开始零星报绿；
1月第三周以后递交基本上还没有报绿的。
我估计最近三周内，1月份递交的485会逐步大面积报绿。

USCIS will try to clear all the 2007 cases by May/Jun 2012. After that
approx. 10K spillover will be there by Sep/Oct 2012.

there are way too many interfiling cases porting EB3 to EB2.
EB2 filings from I/C for years 2008 and 2009 are as below
2008: 8892
2009: 5820

porting applications, it will be around a 16K PERMs for this period (without

Based on the latest VO information about EB1 as well as latest trackitt data
from Q1/Q2, this is the current status and predictions for EB2.
In summary we think that EB2IC will receive total 37K SOFAD of which ~31K
will go towards backlog reduction. This would mean a dates moving into Apr-
2007 for EB2IC. The best case scenario would be Aug 2007. Worst case would
be Sep 2006.

2.EB-2在trackitt上登记的人占所有EB-2的比例可能比EB-1，EB-3比率高，以及印度人
用trackitt的比例可能较其他国家高。
不同的假设会得出不同的计算结果，欢迎你用新的假设重新计算。
可以把485 inventory数据中印度人:中国人:ROW的比例考虑进去，再在trackitt数据上
再做一定的adjustment。 |

The good side is the processing time, from the reports on trackitt.com, is
fast. People get approval notice 2~3 weeks after the receipt notice date,
which is about 4 weeks after your package delivery date. |
