developed postpartum thyroditis 4 months after the delivery. if TSh is very
low , it means that your thyroid is very active and release lots of thyroid
hormone in your blood (hyperthyroditism), you need to lower the dosage of
hormone supplement. if your TSH is very high, you are having hypothyroditism
, your thyroid gland can't generate enough thyroid hormone so you need to
increase the dosage of hormone supplement. |

endocrinologist needs to work together for pregnant women with thyroid
problem. during the pregnancy, your level of thyroid hormone keeps changing,
so you need to do blood test every month for the first 6 months of pregancy
. thyroid hormone supplement needs to be adjusted accordingly.

partially or totally depending on the biopsy result. And you have to take
thyroid hormone if it is totally removed. The progress of thyroid gland
cancer or carcinoma is good. And now a day, there are many options to treat

复习用了FA, UW, NJ 2 days course, Dr. PUMA.写了自己的protocol,拖拖拉拉练习了四个月。每个人的情况都很不一样，关键是自己要觉得confident再去考。
我现在在做outpatient OB,感触很多，如果可以的话，应该在准备CS的时候同时OB,也许会事半功倍。

作ultrasound发现一个1.1*1.9 cm肿块在甲状腺中间偏右，立马推荐了oncologist医生
#2, 然后作biopsy，结果是 “Suspicious for Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma”, 医
生#2说了由50%的概率是癌，要切除整个甲状腺。可是看到是50%概率，考虑到终生影响
（终生吃药），而且他说不要做其他任何测试，心里没有底，感觉好像是骗钱是的。后
来看文献，强力要求医生#2在做biopsy那家测试中心做了碘活性测试，结果是 “碘吸
收正常，但是结合先前ultrasound的结果，所以结论是: 是cold,可能是Carcinoma”.

两年前查出TSH>8，家庭医生给开了levothyroxine 0.05MG。 半年后TSH<0.45，变成甲
亢了。她把药量调为0.025。在其后的一年多内每3个月验一次血，TSH一直都高于4.5。
有一阵要我平时吃 0.05，周末吃0.075。可问题出来了，我的月经变成每2-3周来一次
，量也大。于是她要求我周末吃0.05，平时吃0.025。月经周期长了一点， 可还是很乱
。而且脾气也变的暴躁。问她why，她说不应该。但由于TSH值一直不在正常范围，她认
为我应坚持吃药。可我除了以上两点不适外，还有其他不舒 服。终于3个月前改看中医
，中医叫停levothyroxine，还有Vitimin D。这段时间身体感觉比以前好，发冷，睡眠
差的问题都有改善，而且月经也正常了。两周前又去家庭医生那血检，当时和她报告说
没在吃她的药，改中医了。看到 她眼里闪了一丝不快。验血结果是TSH 4.56, Free T4

为大罗退役时声称治疗甲低需要的激素是运动员禁用的。

止运动员使用吗？但一直懒着没有深究一步，这次借机做了一点点search。
首先，hypothyroidism是甲状腺机能低下，导致代谢水平降低，容易肥胖。这可以解释

dissection with pathology confirmed advanced thyroid cancer, most likely
follicular cancer. Pt may has parathyoid injury or removal during surgery
causing low PTH, which is very common for such surgery. Post-op therapy
involves thyroid hormone supplement and I131 treatment for this stage of
