候压力比较大，后来去了好多医院也没有检查出问题。这种情况一直伴随到现在。
现在都30+了，其间经历找工作，感情经历，现在结婚，有宝宝，但是夫妻感情不好。
刚刚在这边拿到学位，开始找工作。发现症状越来越严重，现在经常胸闷气短，头皮僵
硬的更厉害了，去查颈椎也没有大问题，在国内查的，大夫说有点是神经官能症。把要
带过来吃，已经吃完了，但是在这边也看过家庭医生，他说不要想太多就好了，啥药业
没有开。但是有时候真的很痛苦。每天头都晕晕的，记忆力明显下降。不知道去看哪些
医生他会开些药缓解一下。
睡眠质量还好，而且有段时间，不到晚上9点就困的睁不开眼，有点嗜睡得感觉。 | t*******n

these to physical ailments while westerners tend to attribute them to
psychological causes. For example, the label 神经官能症 （psychoneurosis）is no

药吃过一段时间，没有啥明显改进，主要是这个胸闷气短不适每天都这样，只有一天当
中的偶尔，或者有事情容易紧张的时候。
神经官能症在这边归于心理疾病？这样的话只能靠自己调节？总感觉随着年龄的增大，
症状越来越严重。记忆力下降的很明显。真的不知道怎莫办

these, antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs may help, but they have side
effects and are not really the long-term solution.

发帖数: 229 | 6 update 一下,前几天去做了一个体检,体检结果发现甲状腺功能低下,而且数值超过了那
个range 很多,我的那个结果是200多,rang 好像才0.3-5?(不是太确定)
但是我没有身体浮肿,或者体重下降等症状,只是记忆力和反应能力下降的挺明显的.现
在在吃药,症状有些减轻.但是反应能力和记忆力还没有明显增加,请问还能恢复吗?
是不是甲状腺功能低下很难治愈?谢谢

symptoms from hypothyroidism should go away after your thyroid level comes
back to normal. It is hard to say about 反应能力和记忆力, because they are
very subjective, and decline on those is part of normal aging :<

我也不知道,因为我两年前做过一次全面的身体检查,当时具体查哪些项目我也不是很清
楚,我也不知道甲状腺这一项是不是在常规检查里面.
甲状腺功能还能恢复正常?因为从网上搜索了一些资料,好像说的都是不能完全恢复,要
终身服药,能不能恢复正常根哪些原因有关呢?谢谢

Hashimoto thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune condition that your body
falsely recognize your thyroid gland as a threat and destroys it. This
condition rarely corrects itself. It is simply much safer to take thyroid
hormone as a supplement than treat your immune condition by suppressing it.
However, there are conditions causing hypothyroidism that may correct itself
over time. It will become evident if that is the case | w*****i

现在在吃synthroid,大概有一个的月的时间了,感觉症状减轻了好多.
以前感觉像是胸闷,气短的症状都消失了,而且那种嗜睡的感觉也没有了.
像这种情况如果过一段时间甲状腺的那个指标如果恢复了正常的话,我还要继续吃药,还
是可以停止吃药了,如果停止吃药的话会不会还要反复呢?
怎样判断我的甲低恢复了呢? 例如停药多长时间要进行检查,等
