TSH(血清促甲状腺激素)高于正常范围
TG-Ab(抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体)也高于正常范围
其他指标都正常(包括T3, T4)
请问，这种算不算甲减？需要用药么？
问了这里的医生（常规体检），说现在还不算甲减，但有这个趋势，暂时不用吃药
还建议去做甲状腺ultrosound
另外，本人身体目前一切正常，也没有出现甲减的那些症状
请问这里的医生朋友或高手有什么建议？

history of cardiovascular diseases
You may need treatment if your TSH>10, or you have a goiter, or you have
risk factors for cardiovascular diseases

一个月前测的TSH 6.13
高血压没有，cholesterol在好几年前检查曾经有，近两年检查在正常范围之内，
不抽烟，家庭也没有心血管病史
其实，前阵老妈医院检查发现TSH超标，医生说这可能会遗传，建议子女也做检查。
老妈上个星期，在家里医院又检查了一次，看来认为甲减，医生给她开了左甲状腺素钠
片，每天吃半粒，一个月后再查。
像我这种情况，有什么需要做的？还是就任其发展？有无可控制的办法？

any lumps in your thyroid gland first.
Your doctor will decide whether you need any medication, which is basically
supplementation of thyroid hormone based on your whole clinical picture.
No big worries. This is subclinical hypothyroidism, likely secondary due to
auto-antibodies against your thyroid gland.
Again, I do not have any expertise in treating thyroid disease. Please trust
your doctor or get a second opinion with another endocrinologist. |

对了，老妈做过B超，发现有肿块，后又做穿刺，结果是未发现恶性，医生说过三个月
再做一次
不知道会不会不好？另外，医生好像说，即使恶性，甲状腺肿瘤属于比较惰性的，有这
种说法么？

发帖数: 4307 | 8 作为甲状腺癌患者家属我表示不同意。虽然甲状腺癌比很多其他癌症预后好，仍然比大
多数病严重，病人需要终身复查和服药。我老婆三年前发现到现在已经做了三次手术，
体内仍然可能有癌细胞，而且也有严重缺钙的后遗症。

今天刚看完Endocrinology specialist Dr, 医生建议：
1. 做fine needle aspiration， 是不是就是所谓的“穿刺”？
2. 说我可以开始吃药，levothyroxine，过6周后再验血看结果
医生的意思，好像这个药就需要一直吃下去，不能停 :-(
好像网上有说法说subclinical hypothyroidism，不一定一开始就吃药治疗
现在医生一下就让开始吃药，不知道怎么样？医生还说这个药基本没什么副作用，
甚至都可以给小孩吃。不知道这个说法怎样？
没想到，现在开始要成药罐子了 :-((((
