肉都是可以自己做的，除非你在弗罗里达----那是很难办到。
我年年腌咸肉咸鸡咸鸭， 不做这些就觉得冬天白过了。 以前在俄亥俄念书的时候，
没有空余房间，就把他们放在冰箱里放干。去年搬到这边，发现现在的冰箱比以前的湿
度高，恐怕不好吹。正好有间空房间，就关了那间屋子的暖气，外面0度以上的时候窗
户开了一指头宽的缝，腌好的肉放在大的烤架上，下面垫了塑料桌布。吹的时候真的有
油滴下来。。。。天气合适的州，冬天5到15度，挂阳台就好了，方便多了。
今年都是咸鸡，因为真的比咸肉还好吃。有鸡大腿，小僮子鸡，不过最好的是鸡腿上半
截，去了骨。因为鸡吹干了，顺丝吃就有点塞牙，这种去了骨的鸡腿可以蒸好了横着纹
路切，连着鸡皮， 又鲜美又油润。巴士惨了！！！
腌料很简单----伏特加酒（只要高度数酒都可以），盐巴，花椒， 有一部分我还用了
老抽，不过事实证明只是颜色会有不同，味道没什么差别。不要怕腌咸了，咸了可以泡
水脱盐，淡了容易坏。 腌制两天后就去吹，体积大的如鸡大腿就7天，小的脱骨thigh

经过近一个月的雨日，天终于晴了，温度立刻攀升到82F，热得都没有胃口吃饭
了。
不想吃热的东西， 就做些冷菜吧，糟的菜是以前夏天经常吃的，方便、开胃。
在超市买了上海产的宝鼎牌辣糟卤，因为家里都喜欢吃辣的。也有不辣的普通糟卤卖，
一样的好吃。
材料：4个带皮带骨的thigh、1瓶辣糟卤、姜末、盐、黑胡椒、料酒、纱布或者
锡箔纸
过程：1、将chicken thigh去骨，用盐、料酒、姜末腌制30分钟；
2、将辣糟卤烧开晾凉（如果你不想烧也可以直接用）；
3、将腌制好的鸡腿皮朝外卷起来，用纱布或者锡箔纸包紧，如果用
纱布的要用绳子扎牢，我用锡箔纸包的， 直接卷紧就好；

Interesting story. My husband and I took our honeymoon to China. We landed
in Shanghai and walked around looking at the skyline as the sun was setting.
I noticed someone walk in front of me, stop and "take a selfie"...
Obviously with me in the background. Then I started noticing more people
