近年来，由中国学者创立的“斥力子理论”，经过中国科学院《科技促进发展》《
科技成果管理与研究》、《科技中国》、《中国科技财富》、《中国科技成果》等主流
科技杂志报导后，引起了学术界广泛重视。那么，这一理论究竟有那些观点震动了学术
界，值得人们如此关注呢？
“斥力子理论” 是一种新物质作用理论，实际上也是一种物理哲学理论。它的代
表性文章是《论“斥力子”的存在及其意义》，另外还包括《相对性效应和牛顿定律的
本质》、《物理学中精细结构常数的理论推导与解释》等几十篇论文。同牛顿的苹果从
树上掉下来的万有引力理论相对应，这是一个可称作“苹果如何转移到树上去的‘万有
斥力’理论”。该理论认为，地面的物体一旦动起来，不管方向如何，都具有一种挣脱
地球引力的能力，就好象物体吸收了一种对抗万有引力的物质那样。“斥力子理论”把
普朗克能量子看作是一种对抗引力的实物粒子，称它为“斥力子”，并认为物体运动状
态的改变就是由于吸收或释放斥力子造成的。

Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona）的科学家在实验室内，使用超材料和超导界面
建立了磁场传送隧道。他们检测到，在产生磁场的磁力源远端，出现了不可能在自然界
中单独存在的磁单极子。

to use different paradigms to explain different questions, i.e. you should not
use liberalism to explain peace while using realism to explain wars. A
theorist should be consistent and sticks to one paradigm and then improve the
paradigm according to scientific research program, i.e. you get some
assumptions,and then derive some testable hypotheses, and then use empirica |

math就够了，基本上不用处理数据，做empirical的时候做calibration倒是要和数据打
交道，但是我认为Theoretical的方法解完了PDE，option price算出来了，或者SDE的
transition density expand出来了，剩下的就是MLE的optimization了，所以我基本上
都不去做这些。。
业界做的多吗？如果有需要，我可以写一个option model搞几个empirical的
calibration玩玩啊。。
总之就是不太同数据打交道的。。。MS的笔试做伤了。。。编程一道都不会 |

now.
I feel theoretically, there hasn't been any fundamental breakthrough since
my original paper.
Experimentally, the situation is quite fuzzy. I personally think STDP is
just a facet of more fundamental learning rules.

考证完毕朱学勤先生的第七章第五节，与小女子上次考证的第八章第五节结果一样，基
本完全（本节共8页，四小段除外）来自Blum一书，惊讶得说不出话了。那就什么都不
说了。黑色字体为朱原文，红色字体为本人考证内容。本节朱文共使用了9个脚注，也
很巧合，这9个脚注在Blum一书中均出现，引用的内容与 Blum一书也完全相同，而且，
本节的脚注只有一个提到了Blum。而从考证的内容看，其实本节都是来源于Blum。因此
，抄袭成立。
