implementable。
强推对具体娃目前不 implementable 的，我觉得容易造成问题。有时候接受一段时间
的红叉反而是个合理的事。
就像最近关于 theoretical probability 的 explanation 的事，我 try 过证实这玩
意儿对于我娃，需要一个过程。我娃对 theoretical probability 实践里面的
distinguishable 的概念，不清楚。这导致简单的题目她都能做对，但 explanation
不行。而我扔给她稍微复杂点的没见过的题，她就 fail 了。
但罗马非一日建成，管大事的再热心，管小事的还是需要时间。对我娃而言，problem
solving 是建立概念最好的办法，同时也是长期而言最 testable 的方法 (给娃没见过
的题，她自然要 test distinguishable)，但这需要时间，需要走完 learn through

SBAC 等等之后，我觉得已经有理由问一下，我们现在的在实践中的 “教育学”，到底
是 science 呢？还是 social study？。。。（俺也不是白浪费时间不是？）
我个人的看法，以里根总统总统宣布星球大战开始那天，划上一条线（因为那天其实是
美国能确保在一代人之内赢得冷战了）。。。从那以后的能影响中小学教育实践的教育
学“创新”，在我的个人看法里，绝大部分可以摘掉 “science” 的那顶帽子了，就
地直接划归到 social study 的范畴。。。（话说斯大林同志的 “共产主义” 也是
“创新” 不是？）。。。当然，个别情况另说，也不能一棍子全给打死。。。
而我浪费那么多时间，就是想回答这个问题，在一个 free speech 的环境，有这么多
教育学砖家的情况下，theoretically 是不是还存在 collectively wrong 的可能性。

wrong track. There is no theoretical value of company, or it is a too
wide evaluated range for practical use. Basically you think it is worth
$5M, other people who has the money can push it down to $1M or up to
$25M. In the wildest market condition, the company can go to bankrupt
for tiny bit of debt. Or goes crazy $1B in a hot market.

关于这个theoretical stage，我感觉是不是楼主吹了太多癌症治疗方面的应用，但是
没有提供足够的证据证明。要求是contributions to the academic field，所以
theoretical stage的研究也可以是academic field.还有就是，contributions的要求
是原创性贡献,而不是major significance。光说研究对未来药物研发有重要性不行，
要证明研究对科研领域“已经”产生的贡献。看看引你文章的研究里面有哪些是药物研
发之类的，说明有人已经用你的研究发展出了新的东西。
推荐信也不是一无是处啦，只是谈了太多的“重要性”(将来时)而没有谈已经产生的影
响（现在时）。 |

同学或多或少已经指出这个了。我再咬文嚼字一下。
1。impact并非只是实际产品应用。忘掉这个想法。
2。theoretical stage是指impact,不是fundamental research.
3。搜搜网上可以作为objective evidence的东西，不一定是产品应用。
这个误解，会导致很多人觉得无闪光点可挖。
ps:contribution里7大点，个人觉得条目过多。一些条目已经在publication或review
里详细阐述，contribution里不必大肆渲染了。

这样的话会产生夫妻之间的矛盾，而且不治本
老婆不会服气的，还是应该尽量从夫妻沟通下手，请更懂的朋友来帮忙分析也是很好的
老婆现在是盲目的相信传销，老公是盲目的反对传销，俩人都很盲目的在那互相
convince根本不能解决问题。我觉得其实传销这玩意不是没有它的可行性，就像楼上有
人说遇到过成功的例子。但是它究竟多可行，这才是问题的关键，必须理性的去分析，
然后再做决定，不能把它当成一个神奇或者邪恶的东西去对待。美国是法制社会，传销
其实被管得很严,传销theoretically它全是legit的，但有一部分moral的东西法律很难
涉及到。那就是传销很大程度是在利用人的侥幸心理去加入它，然后加入的人越多，最
早开始的人就越有得赚，上面的人越成功，下面就越会有更多人想成功。但其实下面的
人都是一对白骨，累积起来撑着上面的帝王。theoretically，if you do it "right",
you can succeed，吸引你做传销的人都这么讲，然后每个去参与的人就认为，只要我

How about the research field of those professor, popular or not?
Do they have enough fundings?

最有意思的是双打发球方居然有不利的时候。
与羽毛球有关的数学文章我还写过好几个。下面是另外一篇。比较
新旧记分制的长度问题。同上，这是数学家的游戏之作，对数学不
