在赛后的新闻发布会上，从谷歌员工的口中亲耳得证了一年多以前的这个猜想
第一，谷歌应该是采用了这种multi-task的策略来进行这一代阿狗的训练，从而在布局
与中盘阶段（这时候严格来说应该胜率起伏不是太大，因此胜率偏导落子的梯度较小）
，给阿狗以有意义的目标，避免丧失目标下臭棋。从整局的情况来看，我猜测阿狗这次
搞了两套模型，一套是这种multi-task的，用于布局与中盘，另一套是原来单一task的
，用于收官，因为这时候从策略上看，应该以求稳为主，而且梯度噪声的影响会比较小了
第二，谷歌声称这一代阿狗较上一代，计算量减小了一个数量级，也即10%，那么非常
直观地，可以较为肯定地猜测，阿狗2.0采用了MobileNets网络架构，从论文上看，也
基本上是正好运算量降一个数量级（Million Mult-Adds: 462->52.3, 4866->569）
第三，有记者提到了这个问题，但是估计是同传没有表达清楚，谷歌的回答有点文不对

这个东西，按照Barr,就是在Task-x死了之后才会起作用，
问题是这款车根本没有一个有效的看门狗，否则Task-x死掉马上就复位了
哪轮得到这个逻辑古怪的回声检测起作用？
你读帖不看上下文的？这款车压根没有检测task状态的看门狗，
倒是有一个看CPU load的狗,而且用硬中断喂
但是同年的prius看门狗正常
有趣的是，对于可能导致异常的堆栈溢出，这款车没有检测手段，
否则那个bit flip也直接导致重起了
倒是用通用系统的烤肉拉有检测，

现在的汽车都是通过电子探测信号然后由ecu处理完再操作气门等，而不是以前一样使
用油门线
尼玛的只要发生爆冲也就意味着整个ecu系统所有防护措施全部失灵，系统整个锁死死
机了，只有通过机械刹车或者碰撞才能让车子停下来
看看流程就知道，只要到了最后一步，你换档也好，按按钮也好，整个ecu系统是不可
能有任何反映的，这就和普通电脑死机一个意思
（防护措施0）→堆栈溢出→（防护措施1）→（可能导致）→任务分配表被改写→（防
护措施2）→（可能导致）→Task X死亡→（防护措施3）→（可能导致）→节气门敞开
→（防护措施4）→（导致）→汽车暴冲
“现在已经脱离电子系统，节气门已经敞开，发动机全速运转，需要使用机械运作来组
织机械运作了。”

发帖数: 16 | 41 我听说的是如果你做的task很多，才有可能进比较热门的组。要不然你就只能跟随公司
的大方向，哪里缺人去哪里了。
反过来，task做的过程也是一个衡量一个组你喜不喜欢去的手段。说不定一个很火的组
你做完task发现里面的活很没劲，或者有asshole在，那你就可以move on了。
据我所致被开了的都是在mitbbs上问网友bootcamp要做几个才能毕业的。 ：） |

bootcamp的task大部分都很简单，但是做之前需要了解一堆背景包括business的和
technical的才能做，要proactive些。也会最后要求做一个几百行的task。
mentor会看如果背景是backend的会多给frontend的task，反之也是。如果只有c语言背
景的做那些frontend的东西很吃力，那些framework很奇怪。
淘汰的挺少，大部分人不用担心 |

最近要写一个多线程的应用， 碰到一些问题，
主线程在一开始就create好4个子线程，子线程一开始wait状态，然后主线程开始往下
走，开始task准备分给子线程，然后broadcast给子线程，自己进入wait状态， 子线程
wakeup，做完task，就wait，做后一个子线程完成后，发信号给主线程，然后wait，
主线程在接到信号后，wakeup，继续下一个task， 然后broadcast。问题是主线程激活
到broadcast时间很短， 而子线程从发信号到wait时间长的话，主线程broadcast的信
号就不会正确叫醒子线程，因为那时的子线程还没有进入wait状态。 如何解决呢？其
实就是要实现一个join的功能，但是又不要释放掉子线程， |

发帖数: 2265 | 46 这个应该是tcp server的简化版。你需要一个request processor（也许可以和client
合并）, 一个task processor, 然后你还需要一个queue.
这个task processor起来后不停的查询queue的任务，处理。
request processor接到任务后把请求做成future，加入queue.
client submit拿到future, get result时被block.
task processor set data 做notify all.
靠这个我看是诚心要不让过啊。否则除非天天写多线程，谁会记住 future interface
的接口和实现。 |

后来发现这题很快变成fb的新欢，各种follow up啊。。。今天看到一个实在心塞的，
越想越复杂，想发上来问问大家有啥好主意
follow up是给你一个task队列， 要求你自己排列要求最后的总时间最小，比如
aaaabbbccd，可以排成abcabcabda。
看到有人建议说每次排gap + 1个任务，取distinct tasks，也就是尽量分开同种任务
，放的时候从frequency高的开始，我觉得这就需要一个treemap了吧，先abc放完，然
后再放一轮abc，放一个减少count,count == 0的时候从treemap里去掉。如果是aaab怎
样的呢？放完ab只能再空等一次才能再放a，这样的话是不是应该有个deque来实现？ |

1.hiring manager, 问了关于A/B testing 的问题，细节答的不好，我缺乏这方面实际
经验.
2. 阿三统计博士，上来就问我causal inference 的几个assumption,五年前上过这课
，后来从来没有用过，全部忘记了。其他都是一些常规的统计和machine learning问题。
3.白人计算机博士陪我吃中饭，聊了一些machine learning常规问题.
4.阿三计算机硕士，考了我一道graph sorting (Topological sorting )的题目，就是

两次店面，第二次店面是个国人大哥，一开始闲聊了30分中喜欢什么project，后30分
钟做一个非常简单的题。依稀记得是实现memcopy，当时一直做leetcode，突然让写
memcopy的实现，一下子也没有思路。国人大哥基本一路提示，教我如何正确写代码
。。。 但是店面结束，心想一定挂了，结果第二天，recruiter发邮件说要onsite，心
里也是很感谢国人大哥的。
L家Onsite。面的infrastructure组，一共面了7轮(不算午饭)。从早上10点到晚上6点
半。。。为啥会是到6点半呢？因为最后一轮，实在太累了，好心的面试官给了1个半小
时的时间。。。。
说说On-Site的过程，
1面，和infrasture的director talk。基本属于闲聊，主要聊project，director会问
问project的细节。
2面，国人大哥+美国小哥，L家的面试都是两个人，一个人讲话，一个人做记录，这轮
是美国小哥讲话，国人大哥做笔记，美国小哥，第一题挺容易的，第二题作为第一题的
