，然后让worker执行，client可以query master得到request的进度，master假如挂了
，重启之后仍然能知道所有已经运行完的/正在运行的/还没运行的request的信息，当
一个request在一个worker上运行的时候master挂了那个request应该继续运行不受影响。
这个其实就是个worker pool和scheduler，照着jobtracker或者yarn答就可以了，不过
我没答的那么复杂，既然需要master需要知道所有的task信息，就干脆写到一个
persistent storage里面这样能保证不丢，比如用个kv store或者database都可以，然
后master和worker通过zookeeper来做heartbeat和task assignment，kv store记录每
个task的状态这样restart后可以恢复所有state，worker运行request期间本身不需要

比如说，我老板是VYGOTSKY学派的，所以她很多数据都是以实验

观察行为，根据已有的理论来CODE行为（准确的描述行为），而且这
类CODING一般都要RUN RELIABILITY 测试。。。
PIAGET学派很多都是有很直接的行为结果描述，比如说，一个小孩
在做FALSE-BELIEF的TASK，标准很简单，是否能够通过这个TASK，
什么地方碰到问题，多大可以通过这个TASK，如果改变这个实验

failed on that test，或者说，零蛋。这都不用说客观测试结果了，实际上在 4 到 5
个符号以后，my brain completely lost, cannot even finish the test。

我在这玩意儿上没有更多时间 quota 了，于是我实验和观察以及在大脑里 simulate
各种方案 20 分钟。这个 2-back task 没啥 trick，但是 by look and think, I
improved a lot, in matching and performing the task。我目前大概是
instinctively click 和 consciously click 结合，可以做到大概 30% - 50% 的正确
率我想。最重要的是，我不再会 lost focus，能一直做到完成。即使当中 confuse 了
，也能设当前为起点重新 re-start process information and re-gain/keep focused
，而不是直接点退出或者重启。

Minor changes sometimes will end up as code change everywhere. Anytime code
changes, it has to be re-tested completely -- no matter how minor it is.
Also you need to think through, not to change this today and that the other
day. Developers usually have multiple tasks at hand -- your add/change task
will have to be prioritized among other tasks. |

as for your question, i think peacemaker already gave good suggestions.
there is not much you can do. in the end, if this project is really a big
deal and he wants to find victims, he'll get rid of you anyway. you think
you'll get a "fair" chance to fight/argue with upper management and show
this and that proof? no, most likely he'll simply put down "poor perfomance"
in your review and you'll be gone.

发帖数: 170 | 49 我的manager（新上任半年烙印），给我派大大小小8，9个task， 每个都写好用多少时
间，仔仔细细用microsoft project列出，一直排到明年3月。其实我们的工作除了规定
好的tasks，还有很多临时或紧急的事情插进来，这末仔细的schedule十有八九是不能
meet的。这些列好的tasks既不紧急，也和别人的不相关。我不知道是不是他想以miss
deadline做借口给我个PIP，挤我走人，立个威。组里已经走了一个了。我知道他不喜
欢我，之前我们之间有些小摩擦。我的担心是，如果给PIP，是不是要等到年度review
的时候。那样的话，我还有时间找工作。否则依现在的工作量，很难分出精力。以前没
遇上过这样的老板。
公司年度performance review刚做完不久，我的还满意，而且我曾做过的两个项目的
manager还给了我公司内部和项目相关的奖励，虽然钱很少，但是感觉他们对我这个加
入公司一年的新人（不是新毕业）的performance应该是满意的。
请教大家在这种情况下，怎么应对稳妥些。 |
