背景是这样的，公司要换更新产品的硬件，所以软件也要相应调整，组了个team由一个
PM和一个部门经理管理，这个部门经理是去年到公司的，VP多年的朋友/同事，来了肯
定就直接是Senior 工程师，年底给升了另外两个部门的经理（这人确实很全面，估计
是奔着director去的，但是他现在不是我的直接领导，只是team leader），我在三周
前被安排了一个task，而且也确定了3个礼拜的action items （这个task，这个
manager 本来预估是20小时给软件，结果被我们软件的经理和lead争取到了120小时，
他一直耿耿于怀，念念不忘据说），但是后来的meeting就没怎么再把那个拿出来说事

iphone上的task model才是最纯
粹的single task。开一个任务就是全屏的唯一任务。关闭窗口就把这个任务杀死了。
再开一个任务，前一个任务
干了什么完全不用理。非常简单，如果你想开个音乐在后台听，前台干点其他事是做不
到的。但wp7可以做到。
因为wp7 os本身就是多任务的。所有的系统自带软件包括一些oem应用都是可以multi-
task运行的。你可以在后
台打开音乐播放器，或者FM radio，边听音乐，前台再浏览网页，处理邮件等等。WP7
的 task model是全新的设
计。充分考虑了多任务的需求。你可以同时开多个任务，系统会记下来你任务运行的情
况。注意到wp7手机上的
Back button了吗。是个硬件button。按它系统就会回到前一个任务。比如你在前一个
任务在写邮件。突然看到有
兴趣的东西。拿手机拍个照进入camera task，拍完还想回来继续写邮件。只要按这个
back button就又回到邮件

上受点损失，但是人的快乐还是最重要的。
其实运动对缓解焦虑是有效的，但是从你说的“试过运动，但特别紧张的时候运动
也不是很有效，也没能坚持运动。”可以看出，你想要的是一种“特效药”，能够
一剂就灵立竿见影并且要在最重度焦虑的时候也能够效果非常明显。除运动之外的
其他措施，估计你也是因为试过觉得不是特效药就放弃，这样下去，显然是找不到
合适的缓解你的焦虑的方法的，因为你所要求的，恐怕只有治疗焦虑症的药物能够
达到，其他的，都需要坚持。当然，过度焦虑的人，要耐下性子去坚持非特效的方
法，的确不容易，所以你可以考虑找个合适的心理医生，一来聊聊你的状况本身能
缓解一些焦虑，二来有医生的支持和提醒，更有可能让你坚持下去运动这些方法。
另外也需要调整你的工作方法来适应新工作，比如在你organize的时候，不是计划
“我今天上午要做这个这个project"，而是计划“我现在要做15分钟这个project",
如果15分钟到了，没有被其他task打乱，那很好，继续做15分钟，如果有其他task

Task is not a part of "Javadoc" though you can add your own "task" to
your Javadoc. You can also add xdoclet annotations to your javadoc, but
obviously xdoclet is not a part of "Javadoc" as well.
Also, there is not a standard of "Task". Eclipse has its own Task(s).
Actually it supports 2 types of "Task"s: Java comment "TODO" and
Eclipse project Task.
"TODO" can be put into Javadoc, but not necessary. You can add your "TODO"
annotation in normay comment:

事实上你所谓的刹车是爷10年就装了，丰田最关键的问题在于软件错漏百出，一塌糊涂
，所谓的刹车师爷系统写在了一个垃圾监控程序内，这个程序挂了的话，这个刹车是爷
系统会被牵连不起作用。还有个最大问题是一旦油门全开自动加速，刹车助力会消失，
也就是你根本就没有足够力量踩到刹车能和发动机较劲的程度
第二，它运行一个被称为“刹车回声检查（Brake
Echo Check）”的程序。这个程序从代码上来看似乎可以检测出Task X的死亡，并且采
取相应措施：关闭节气门。听起来像是好消息，但是同样有问题：首先这个程序不太可
靠，即使正常运行，理论上也有失效的可能。最关键的是该程序不会自动运行，需要司

我的这个proposal提了两个research task,大概六四开吧.第一个(占60%)把我以前发在
top conference和top journal上的一个idea和模型进行了拓展,去掉了原来假设的一些
关键条件(比如像independence between variables, pure strategy, non-collusion
等等),提出研究更general和与实际应用更贴近的models.新的研究要比我已有的工作要
challenging得多,内容也丰富得多.同时,根据我以前无数被据的经验,我的第二个
research task 提出了一个全新的idea,对这个idea下建议的问题进行了初步的
formulation并描述了可能解决这个问题的基本方法(没有具体的解法,因为还不清楚该
如何解这些问题).

cluster (no central master server, so I guess I need to use zookeeper here?)
and those tasks will be assigned to the machines in order of arriving time.
If one machine goes down during the execution of one task, that task will
be assigned to another machine.

两个线程共享一个task queue，这个queue需要用锁来保护。
trigger线程里面有一个for loop，不断的从queue里面拿出task执行。如果队列空，停
等。
addtask线程里面不断的将新的task写入queue里面

FLGUA，运气比较好拿到了FLGU。各家的包裹基本都差不多，G略多，最后从了G。对于
大家关心的U，最后给了140k的base和不到10k的RSU。也尽力抬了不过实在抬不上去。
很羡慕版上可以拿到15k的兄弟。
A：基本都是面经里出现过得题，感觉他家的题库比较小。coding只有两轮，但是如果
没跑出结果就肯定挂。另外他们家比较注重culture fit。最后有两轮扯淡的

以enqueue 一个job，job会存一个meta data，比如type啊，input parameters啊，然
后用register API给job register task handler，最后调用executeAll来execute
queue里的所有job对应的handler。
比较practical的OOD题目，用queue来存jobs，用map来存task handler。
总结：
他家用coderpad，需要编译，最后我register了一些print string的task，然后运行
code看print出来对不对。task handler那里我用了java 8的functional interface，
写的时候他也ok，但是最后他说其实是想要我自己design一个interface叫TaskHandler

举例一
做code review，我找到一个bug，然后写了一个defect，某人不把fix show给我看，就
让我把bug关了。搞什么，不follow process，我坚决不关，两个人就吵起来了。他就
跑到lead那里问，leader A说，要按规矩重新上传修改好的code，leader B说，要么重
新上传code要么把我拉到他电脑前给我看。
举例二
我lead一个小活，某人后来加进来，百般挑刺，说我task分的不清晰。我说task是头分
的，当时大家都在。他非要说他不在，让我无限细分task，我说我不能把一行code都写
成一个task。大家商量开会，我来schedule 一系列的 meeting，他非说不用schedule
，因为大家知道。他平时做事很严格，突然不要schedule meeting，我没理，我照样发
邀请出去，他说，你发邀请我就decline，我说没问题。第二天，和头开会，他也在那
挑我和头的刺，要求细分task。我头就让着他了。
不是我心情不好，是遇事变得急躁没耐心。后来想想，这两件事，如果我换一个说法，
