神学课程中，历史与神学是相辅相成的。系统神学的任务，是有系统地陈述《圣经》教
导的真理 (教义) ：整本圣经对于某一个问题的教导是什么？ “历史神学” （或称教
义史）所研究的，则是教会信仰的发展，探讨教会究竟在领导周围的文化，还是走在文
化与社会的后面？教会是文化的先锋还是跟随者？教会宣讲真理，还是放弃真理﹖威敏

――论驳斥诺斯底主义的教父们
前文指出，有效的护教必需建立在合乎《圣经》 的信仰（神学）基础上。正确的信仰基
础包括我们的神观，人观，与基督观。今天华人信徒在这些传统的教义上可能说我们完
全认同，可是我们必需不断儆醒，继续持守真道；面对新的挑战时，要重新的说明我们
的信仰立场。有时在表面上，我们似乎持守了正统的神论，人论，基督论等，可是时代
的课题不断地在转变：面向苦难，文化，生物科技﹝bio-technology﹞等议题，我们会
忠心持守圣经的教义；面向异端邪说，不断地为真理争辩吗？
正统的系统神学（信仰）与护教学，是一件事情的两面。
早期的教父爱任纽 (Irenaeus) 和特土良 (Tertullian)是教会历史上的护教大师，他们

抽象的上帝，次等的基督：猜测性的系统神学
早期基督教历经几波的思潮。先有使徒后的教父(Post-Apostolic Fathers)，竭力护教
，称为护教士 (Apologists)；后有反诺斯底主义的教父，如爱任纽 (Irenaeus)和特土
良 (Tertullian)。到了第三世纪则有亚历山大教父学派，主要的发起人是革利免 (Cle
ment of Alexandria)。革利免之后有俄利根(Origen) 神学思想的兴起，深深影响了第

健全。总之，一般的holdco，我知道的，基本上都没有substance，698根据税法，如果
间接转让中国的股权就需要报税务局，more likely than not会有capital gain tax
in China，但是有些公司会选择不报,FIN48上就需要有所调整。
另外，看那两个条件，只要是HK，基本上就需要报了，因为12.5%条件不符合，同时香
港还exempt capital gain tax，如果是新加坡，可能需要看情况。其他的地方，就我

1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益2007

文章开头引起了我的强烈共鸣，那就是CMG有很独特的文化背景和经历，完全可以转化

is SO much to learn in intern year, there is no way to make a list. The

作想说多看一些药厂的工作机会。
我的专业背景是国内本科应用数学，美国的硕士数学/统计，博士是流行病专业。
硕士博士期间和导师做了不少clinic trial的projects，也和学校和医院的MD合作过，
帮助他们design，analyze and report study results for publication/
presentation.
我觉得我的长处是有名校医学院的流病专业博士，有很强的生物统计能力和经验，以及
处理database和SAS programming经验，博士期间还考了SAS的base和adv证书。博士做
的项目多数是跟HIV prevention/substance abuse treatment有关的，具体涉及
substance use/behavioral epidemiology/chronic disease/sexual risk behaviors.

PHARMACY很难做，很多CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES， 如果你不FILL可能一半的客户都要转
走，很多EARLY REFILL，如果不按客户的要求做，他们也要转走，都是很难缠的主，
DISTRIBUT MANAGER们都希望SALE高，可是，现在BOARD和DEA对CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
管的很严，DRUG ABUSE 又那么厉害，到处都是RED FLAG，比如，VICODIN， XANAX，
SOMA， TRINITY DRUGDS，你要不FILL，这些客户都要转走，感觉RETAIL真没法做，弄
不好把自己搞到监狱里去，看看FLORIDA，很多PHARMACIST压力很大，不按他们的做，
他们给你不好的REVIEW，现在RETAIL PHRAMACIST找工作也不是很容易，我在医院做了

substances. I start to document all the early filling for controlled
substances, ask patients to sign it . Reasons. Call doctors to approve the
early fill. Tough job though.

HPI: 62 yo male with antiphospholipid syndrome presents to VAMC for
scheduled axillofemoral bypass surgery on 10/22. Patient was instructed to
hold warfarin and start enoxaparin for bridging prior to surgery. Patient
was admitted pre-op on 10/21 and switched to a heparin drip for

方法分析raw material, excipients, drug substance and drug product. 用的方法
都是vlidate的, 或者compendial的, 没啥技术含量了.
R&D 的CMC, 需要很多的分析, 做分析方法的 development 和validation. clinical
trial 之前, 所有的方法要qualify, 不需要validation. phase II结束, phase III

读完“让哥来说说国内国外的医疗对比”有一个感觉，就是笔者没有在国内医院工作
过，也感到很多对中美医疗的评价有些问题， 我不管对美国的评价如何， 但特别
