张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5（附件1），
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看，张纯如没有妄想症状。

warrior race. In east Asian, a small group of Q people conquered the
majority Yan-Huang race (O3) and established Shang. These people ruled and
made wars, but didn't have much knowledge of material productions. They didn
't know how to make wheels for example. They do know how to make alcohols
and other mind altering substances.

美利坚合众国第二百四十个独立节之日，重温了一下当时美国立国时杰弗逊起草的《独
立宣言》。
每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落
基山脉，而且有着从广袤无际的大草原到美丽宽阔的大海洋，这富绕的土地难道不是一
种恩赐吗？是的，不过上帝恩赐给地球的土地也不仅限于美利坚，算算美利坚的土地面
积，即使现在也只位于全球第三或第四，为何美利坚却成了人们向往的地方呢？
作为移民，也许比这儿生长的美国人有更多的比较。一个感悟是当年《独立宣言》的基
石，即人人生而平等（all men are created equal)，天赋给个人的权力等不能受到侵
犯，这包括生命权（Life），自由权(Liberty)及追求幸福的权力（Pursuit of

真正的领袖人物，其实是当今副总统彭斯
加拿大小鲜肉总理被指软弱天真。三名人质在中国被捕，吓得面无人色，言词相当软绵
绵。
岂止这一位。二十年来，靠一张俊俏或有型面孔取得西方年轻人和妇女选票的小鲜肉系
列，终于全线溃败。英国的金马伦，虽然伊顿牛津出身，举行了一场脱欧公投失算，沾
上历史耻辱黯然下台。
法国靓仔总统马克龙，黄背心大示威也遇到了滑铁卢。至于奥巴马，社会福利的医疗保
险，也就是所谓Obamacare，或被裁定违宪，业绩付诸东流。
时间终于证明，这一代的西方民主，选民的质素和判断力，出了大问题。由于电视、广

利的所谓选民，一切追求Skin-deep的瞬间视觉，Sound-bite的片刻听觉，而不是
Substance的内容和智慧。
