我觉得section title 的字太大。就用了：
\section{\normalsize Mytitle}
把字变小了。但是这个section title 前面有个数字编号，比如
“2 Mytitle”
这个样子的。这个2还是很大。于是大侠建议用
\titleformat{\section}{\normalsize\bfseries}{\thesection}{1em}{}
就可以了。当然大侠是非常正确的。
现在我打算给subsection做同样的事情，于是我照猫画虎：

名额都是来自该类别其他国家的剩余名额。
7% 这个事和 EB/FB 所有类别都有关。不到 7%，所有类别都和 ROW 一起吃名额。一旦
到了 7%，所有类别都会受到 7% 限制。这在移民法里是这样规定的：
(1) 该国 EB:FB 与世界范围内的比例等同

因为要把subsection d去掉，e变成d，所以要把这个reference改掉，
然后大头是subsection d去掉了，d就是每年配额扣减的部分，

，但州议会并未进行讨论与表决。根据法律规定，未讨论的法案在第二年的普选时交由
选民公投，也就是今年的 11/5。如果通过，将在 7/1/2015 实施。
法案要求所有经过基因改造的食品，或者含有基因改造成分的食品，都必须明确标示。
正方认为这是民众知的权利，反方认为这会提高食品价格，尤其对本州的中小企业不利。
