share a little bit information and hopefully it is helpful to anyone.
I don't really remember the MC questions (I forgot all of them right after
the exam). But, I feel each chapter is almost equally tested, oh, it is
strange becuase the first chapter didn't tested as much as I expected. I
feel the questions are tricky, not very easy. I can limit them to two
answers, but hardly to be sure which one is the correct answer.

几何学家，曾在国际数学家大会上做过邀请报告。
文章以十页的篇幅逐条列举了田刚在长达1年多时间里多次抄袭、公然抢夺
唐纳森教授等学术成果的来龙去脉。事实清楚，证据确凿。唐纳森教授作为国际
顶尖学者，发长文公开指责田刚抄袭，说明事态已经到了非常严重的程度。
这已经不是田刚第一次被揭发学术不端了。国际顶尖数学家丘成桐，萧荫堂
等都曾多次指出田刚自从读博士起就存在剽窃、夸大等学术不端行为。

over patent application A in view of 2 other references.
Application B is actually a CIP to application A. But the only one
independent claim in B was not supported pursuant to 112 2nd paragraph in
the parent application A, so the examiner argues the CIP can't claim
priority to the parent.
Now I am thinking of using 103(c) to disqualify the parent A as prior art.

合成路线让这个药成本足够低，所以放弃了，当时负责这个项目的Alice Huxleyhttp://www.speedel.com/section/2/subsections/0），决定离开Novartis，并从Novartis License了这个药。她自己弄了帮人，搞了些VC，最后硬是开发了一条低成本路线。Alice就用自己的名字给这个药命名，她的公司叫Speedel,你如果去查，很多关于这个药的早期process patents都是Speedel的。后来因为临床结果比较好，Novartis就将这个药买回，并最终上市。
我记得Corey的那篇关于Oseltamivir(tamiflu)合成的文章好像发在05，06的JACS上
，他文章里有讲关于这个药的主要问题。他老人家还特意没有patent他的路线，希望能
为广大人民群众的福利做贡献。capacity应该不是问题，Roche都把自己在Springfield
的做Oseltamivir 的plant卖掉了，卖给了以前的Clariant, 现 |
