在此之前，我们先看下美国商务部统计的对华贸易结构。
我们只要记住，2017年美国对中国出口的三大件就可以了：飞机，汽车，大豆。
其中飞机占16.3%，大豆占12.4%，汽车占10.6%。
而中国对美国出口最大宗商品是电子产品，占了26.9%，这也不奇怪，毕竟中国是世界
电子产品制造中心，苹果的手机，平板，笔记本电脑就是中国出口美国的最大宗电子产
品。
另外中国还出口家具玩具，占了出口总额12%，还有纺织品，占出口总额的9%。

有点晕,是说我必须证明被罚之前就有hands-free还是被罚之后买一个hands-free. |

今天收到一张罚单，是当地警察局根据十字路口
摄像机的录像开的罚单。当时是我家LD开车右转，
在路口只是减速，没有full stop.因为车子是
注册在我的名下，我现在收到了罚单。这种情况
如何向法庭申诉是我家LD开车而不是我开车；
另外这种根据摄像机开的罚单会不会影响保险费上涨？
罚单上有一句话不是特别明白，各位有没有类似
经历给兄弟解释一下？

(Red light Camera Subsection only) shall not
result in the assessment of motor vehicle points
or automobile insurance eligibility points。
换句话说，保险公司会不会查到这种罚单然后涨保险？

法律条文和我打算运用的理由陈述如下，希望再次得到各位的指点，评价一下我的理由

再次描述一下当时的情形：
我自I10下来刚转到US90/US183 hwy上不久后，一路两边都是荒野，没有住宅，一辆警
车迎面开过，掉头跟了我一段路，直到附近有住宅商铺可以停车后，在路边停下，说我
60的路开了70，开了citation让我上庭。从警察跟着我之前到拉灯让我停下，我一直跟
着一辆pick up开着。

收到一张ticket, 说是failed to observe traffic signal, 被camera captured. 是
一个周末的早上7点在一个红灯路口右转（没有no turn on red)的标志。 我在猜是不
是应该没有full stop? 不过当时车速也很慢。
想appeal一下， 看看能不能求个情之类的。不过ticket上只有怎么pay ticket的
instruction， 没有说怎么通知court去plead not guilty. 有经验的朋友能不能指点
一下？

我查了一下Michigan的法律，却有此事，主要是避免non-resident逃罚。。。
Question: I was told recently that if you are from out of state and you are

，是冒着被吃罚单的危险，所以人家也是不得已而超车。 右道超车比左道超车技术含
