昨天量腰围已经降到62cm了,相对于我的骨架和臀围已经足够好,我只想要腰围63cm或
以下就行。把照片贴出来,算是有始有终吧。下一步要开始长长肌肉,然后再减减脂,争取
夏天塑好可以tan一下。大家有什么多长肌肉少长肥肉的经验方法啊?谢谢。。。

俺的方法十分朴素,少吃主食,多运动。要承认的是我的基础还好,一直都很瘦,一开始想减脂是因为体检的大姐说我肚皮,恩,圆圆的。。。我也知道自己去年长了不少。。还有我正计划work out,想趁着年轻多长点Muscles, 人更健康更有能量,就找了个Personal Trainer给了一些建议作为开始。我的饭量一直都不太注意,经常自嘲自己的胃分泌的是硫酸,什么食物丢进去一下子就没有了,而去年的饭量又增大了。在减腰围之前还发现自己开始主动吃零食了。当然决定减脂,不该吃的就可以立即不吃了。我觉得减脂要... 阅读全帖

上月底刚搬了家,作了清洁,然后和旧房东(美国白人)也walk through, 结论是没发
现什么,他也只看到冰箱顶上有点油,某些地方有灰尘. 结果今天来信说扣了大部分押金
. 其实和他关系之前都过得去,因为我们房租也都及时。
之前一次和他简单email交流过押金问题,当时提醒他,Normal wear and tear 就是正
常损耗不能算。住了一年,不可能一点损耗都没有。而前签合同时,都说过这些问题,
对方说只要是正常损耗都没问题。所以前天邮件就提醒对方,如果这也要算,那我们就
只能court上调解。
今天的来信看来,写得还挺正规,看来对方坚持要扣,看了下清单,有点过分,在我看
来都是正常损耗被夸大。比如地毯,我爱人地毯过敏,我铺了foam被他见过可能,他就
说由于我铺过foam,地毯皱了. 炉头哪有不磨损?那个墙纸到底怎么回事,我都不知道
,我们那天也没看到,每个都算上几百块。。
看完直接回信给他,我们walk though 的时候结论就是没有什么问题,现在这些问题,
属于extra work,为了迎接下面的住客,包括deep cleaning 都是房东应该承担的责任

这个应该跟手腕的弯曲有关,而且可能跟肌肉的蓄能有关。
肌肉能量最大的过程有一步叫做stretch activation,区别于calcium activation.
先上提再下砸,应该是增加了stretch activation这一步的蓄能。

第一次出现这样的问题,昨天打球过程中,感觉突然一下大腿接近膝盖的肌肉有点酸。
自己做了一会stretch。站立的时候,右小腿往后提的时候,膝盖很紧很酸。同时第二
天发现膝盖周围有点肿和有点麻麻的。贴了一晚上的云南白药膏。和白天的云南白药喷
雾。本人打球有小10年的历史,一直都比较注意膝盖的保护。打球之前之后也有
stretch。感觉没有什么好转。有没有人知道这是个什么情况。如果去看医生,应该拍
什么片子吗?

kobe腰好伸展好,那可是他把stretch做为重中之重来练习的。
运球拍那么大劲,球的动量动能也大,改变它也需要大力,不容易控制呀。
再需要变化的时候快就行了,那就是手臂的(或者就是身体的爆发力了),是寸劲。
肌肉类型(爆发力还是耐力性,还是之中)是天生的。就如你把一个短跑的拿去跑长跑
,再怎么他也拿不出好成绩。

在用力,而且手腕不能松劲。运球力量大不大其实表现在球离手的速度,这个最后必须

可以让球有粘在手上的感觉,方便控球。

6th-man-playmaker:吉诺比利。前无古人后无来者,在N巨头的时代前,马刺可以把一
巨头放在板凳上。

欧文不会走的,现在用小攻击型后卫是联盟大趋势。库里,大面,欧文是未来。保罗这
样的传统型控卫已经落伍了。
勒夫是没用了。所谓stretch 4只不过是从内线主打到外线主打的大趋势转变中的一个
过度型角色。现在的强队都在寻找像勇士追梦一哥巴恩斯这样的运动能力强大个侧翼,

出发前做好pre-ride stretch, rest stop 是也要stretch.然后身上带点hammer
endurolytes,可以prevent cramps.
1-3 capsules 30-60 minutes prior to exercise
1-6 capsules each hour during exercise
1-3 capsules after exercise
这个基本上是flat century. 你不会有问题的。如果是第一个century. 之前还是最好
先完成一个metric century. 一是训练耐力,二是让屁屁build 起在车座上坐7~8个小

you want to measure chain wear first. google that and you can find good
articles about measuring wear by stretch using a ruler.
a stretched chain wears the cassette and chainwheels faster. so if you are
using a red cassette, then you want to change the chain a bit more often as
the cassette is much more expensive than the chain.
you want to buy the best chain but not necessarily the lightest chain. I
only know sram and shimano chains so I can't comment on other brands.

最怕的就是这个size,我前几天去试车,按照我的身材应该是54,一次一个小二给了我
个54,让我骑,然后说很合适,但明显看出来他不太负责
另一次一个小二,很认真,不停让我来回骑,结论我应该52,感觉54偏大。或者可以换
个短点得stem,但他认为52更合适
我自己手头俩54的,的确感觉稍微有点大,无法很舒服地弯腰曲臂骑,感觉stretch
这东西很微妙的,说不清楚,每个人的感受也不同,有人虽然stretch也喜欢,有人宁
可骑小一号的。
我觉得是bike界故意的,微小参数区别,满足gear派的gear追求好提高销售
美国所有体育项目都这特点
事实上,我估计52, 54, 问题都不大

一个是细,10磅的编织直径相当于4-6磅的mono,cast距离也不会比10磅的mono差多少
。第二个是non-stretch,不知道其他人为啥用编织,这是我用编织的最大原因,杆尖
有多少动作,饵在水里就有多少动作,mono或者fc线长了这些细小动作都被stretch吃
掉了。

鲈鱼其实很多饵都会吐,要不就是它当时只是好奇并不想吃,要不就是spawning期间把
所有小鱼小虾从bed赶走,这都是没办法的,我们能做到的就是在它咬的时候增大钩住
它的机率,这一点我觉得钩子就很重要了。
聊到钩子,这里随便说说我的体会啊。硬饵买回来后,我往往会换钩子,特别是便宜饵
,经常钩子不结实徒手就能掰弯。常见的钩子形状有三种,EWG, Round bend, 和 O'
Shaughnessy bend。每种形状适用的场合与鱼饵都不一样,但对于treble hook来说,
主要就是Round bend和O'Shaughnessy bend两种了。一旦上钩以后,还是经典的O'
Shaughnessy bend钩得最牢,不容易跑鱼。但如果o'shaughnessy bend的钩子太大的话
,如你所说,是会影响钩进去的机率。所以,有些人还是喜欢用round bend的treble
hook,先把鱼钩住,然后再用软杆软线low drag慢慢遛鱼。
你提到你用的C21 mono,线是够stretch了,所以我觉得也需要注意一点,就是杆线轮

从没想过, RUNNER需要腿部的加强锻炼,尤其是BALANCE的问题。
现在回头看以前的锻炼,最忽视的一个环节就是BALANCE。主要是自己比较懒惰,不喜
欢去GYM,只喜欢室外的结果。(冬天天气寒冷,跑完后怕受凉,连STRETCHING都简化
了很多;一旦回到屋里就没有STRETCHING的意念了)
其实大部分的有关膝盖的疼痛都是和BALANCE有管。RUNNER'S KNEE一般都是因为
QUARDRICEPT较HAMSTRING弱,ITBS多是HIP缺乏锻炼。
BALANCE对于RUNNER中非常重要,因为跑步是重复性的动作;而人体的自我调整能力非
常强。一旦某个部位肌力较弱,其他部位自然就会施加更多的力量来弥补,造成更多的
不平衡。
我的例子就是很典型:右髋关节一直较弱,所以去年有了 ITBS 。通过坚持 PT ,得到
了控制,但髋关节肌肉群仍然力量不足。后来左踝骨折,造成踝部肌肉群和小腿力量退
化。现在跑来,右腿不自觉的就会承担更多的重量,所有髋关节的问题又出现了。
QUADRICEP的训练方法很多,一般的 STEP DOWN 和SQUAT效果都不错。
