Shark tank不算太大，可以在这里看座位的view，http://www.seats3d.com/nhl/san_jose_sharks/，其他场馆的也有，供大家参考。
sideline club是不错的选择，center glass就不用说了，有事没事拍拍玻璃，喊两声
do your homework，goal glass虽然也有感受到冲撞的感觉，冰球直飞对来的刺激，但
是个人感觉视角不算好，特别是玻璃造成有些角度视野变形，看个人爱好吧。section
228, 201, 202, 214, 215, 216 是看战术配合的最佳选择，这几个section的rim是个
人最佳选择。
吃喝方面，beer on tap没啥特别，基本也是淡啤，实在是提不起欲望，也是为啥我这

上周OU主场输球，这周Clemson客场败北，赛前谁都不会想到，这不正是CFB的魅力所在

黑色星期五，13号，short week，客场。这种典型的trap game被Clemson碰上了，输了
很正常：

以上任何一项我们做好了，都可以勉强过关。
但是没有如果！可以说防守组完败，在梦游。注意，这场比赛输，是输在防守，而不是
QB play！
但是这里我要说的是进攻，进攻组的game plan真的是非常值得商榷，这是个长期问题
。Dabo是个好教练，但是很古板，非常坚信应该按辈份来排队。当年用Cole Stout，而
不用Watson就是这样，导致Watson的新秀赛季我们输了几场球。
现在又这样了，KB2受伤好，明显应该上Hunter Johnson，当年的no。1 QB。可是Dabo

It is pretty stout to sleep outdoors during Canadian winter. Even Canadians
don't usually do that. Rampart Creek Hostel is pretty close to Weeping
Wall and Polar Circus. I stayed at Canmore clubhouse most of the times.
BTW, I reckon the photo right below the photo of Weeping Wall is likely "
Polar Circus", not "solar circus". And the name of one of the routes you
did is likely "Bubble Wrap Blues".

传统上喝蒸馏酒，如伏特加。
二：泛日耳曼国家，德国、英国、荷兰等。
传统上喝啤酒为主，德国等大陆国家和英国的主要区别是德国以低温窖藏的淡味啤
酒（lager）为主，英国喜欢室温的苦味啤酒（ale, stout, etc.）。
当然，德国也产顶级的葡萄酒，尤其是莱茵河中下游沿岸。事实上，德国国歌里没
有提到德国啤酒，倒是提到了德国葡萄酒，并与德国女人并列为德国的光荣。
另外，在蒸馏酒方面，作为凯尔特人的苏格兰人和爱尔兰人贡献了威士忌。英国因
为海外贸易的关系，杜松子酒（gin）和朗姆酒（rum）也非常流行。这是他们和大陆泛
日耳曼国家不同的地方。
三：拉丁国家，法国、意大利、西班牙等。

邮轮今天停靠巴巴多斯（Barbados）首都布里奇顿（Bridgetown）。
停靠时间从8：00到5：00。
巴巴多斯1966年脱离英国宣布独立。
这是巴巴多斯的国旗。
邮轮每到一个地方都会悬挂当地的国旗。

自己先下船去租车，在 Stoutes Car Rental 租，租金还是很贵。
租完车趁大家还没来，去码头的邮局寄了两张明信片给美国和中国。
寄明信片这事不错，就是太耽误时间，还要费心找邮局，不容易。
等到全家人聚齐上车，已经快9：00了，可惜。
先去布里奇顿北边著名的郎姆酒厂 Mount Gay Rum Barbados 参观。

渡渡鸟，或作嘟嘟鸟（Dodo），拉丁学名：Raphus cucullatus又称毛里求斯渡渡鸟、
愚鸠、孤鸽，是仅产于印度洋毛里求斯岛上一种不会飞的鸟。这种鸟在被人类发现后仅
仅176年的时间里，便由于人类的捕杀和人类活动的影响彻底绝灭，堪称是除恐龙之外
最著名的已灭绝动物之一。也是毛里求斯唯一被定为国鸟的已灭绝鸟类。
牛津大学自然史博物馆（Oxford University Museum of Natural History）中，曾经
陈列有渡渡鸟最后一个完整的填充标本（标本号OUM 11605），可惜在1755年由于腐烂
而被馆长下令焚毁了。侥幸保存下来的一块头骨和一块脚骨，现在仍陈列在该馆中。

前前后后国家公园和州立公园加起来有三个 1 mile左右的trail可以带小小孩去，也比
较有趣。
1，Lady Bird Johnson Grove，步道很平整，应该可以推着婴儿车在上面走吧。Bald
Hill Rd是很枯燥的一条路，不值得再往前开了。
2，Fern Canyon，单单这个trail本身短小精悍，也景色优美。但是要开很长的一道土
路，还要越过水坑，有点考验大人。比较付出和回报感觉 overrated。
3，Stout Grove 大树环境气氛很好，中间还有个出口可以下到河滩玩耍嬉戏一会儿。
开车的道路推荐Newton B Drury Scenic Pkwy，尤其一大早，晨曦绰约，穿行其间，恍
如仙境。
另外一条景观道路叫Howland Hill Road ，真正在大树丛中穿行，可惜因为不是沥青路
，汽车的扬尘都落在路边的蕨类植物上，有点煞风景。不介意的话，倒也乐在其中。

发帖数: 64 | 25 液体的我在用CYNTHIA SYLVIA STOUT SHAMPOO，用了两瓶了，感觉洗得很清透，再用其
他的含sls的明显感觉洗的不清透，可能是心理作用哈。口碑好的还有BIG。Solid
shampoo针对落发的是New，如果是因为水硬落发的还有HARD WATER SHAMPOO BAR。
SOLID SHAMPOO用起来是比较舒服，很容易起泡泡，味道也好，就是太费了，一颗大概
一个月左右吧。。。
话说SHAMPOO要解决的问题就是洗的干净了，让头皮自由代谢，靠它在那么短时间内营
养头发是不现实的，头发干还要靠conditioner。不过最根本的还要靠头皮自身营养，
比如吃黑芝麻，涂生姜，都是好办法，MM不妨试试。 |
