发帖数: 77 | 1 我估计板上做patch clamp的应该不少吧，不过不知道有没有做或者曾经做过silent
synapses，估计很少，这个小topic已经没什么人碰了。
我最近尝试检测silent synapses，首先是想复制以前报道的结果，但是试了两三个月
了还是无法replicate以前报道的一些结果，用了两种方式，一个是计算amplitude 的
coefficient of variation，另一个是用最小刺激计算是synaptic response 的
failure rate， 都无法检测到silent synapses。
我觉得我的recording quality应该还可以，虽然不是每个recording在没有自发反应的
时候记录曲线都是一条直线，但是基本上也没有大的波动，leaking current在-80mv下
一般都在100pa以内，不过在+40mv的时候波动明显变大，以至于比较难以判断时候有
event发生，不过我用相对于baseline的高低的方式估算failure rate感觉还是挺准确
的。

打了几天促排针了，ULTRASOUND看不到卵泡长大，BLOOD TEST显示我的激素水平一直
FLAT，和正常无促排时一样。医生已经加大药剂量，会有用么？真是痛苦
Protocol:
Birth control pills: 26 days
20 unit lupron (i.e. 10 MG,or 20ML) starting with the last 3 bith control pills; then wait for period
to start;
On period day 3, lupron evaluation, same night I start Bravelle 175 and Menopur 75
(Stimulation Day one), future Lupron dosage reduced to 5;

今天去做ultrasound和抽血，医生一进来，就说你用了Androderm patch吗？我说没有
，心想这是个什么东西，没人让我用啊。医生说，那从今天起，每天一片，连用5天，
再开始stimulation。
我很奇怪为什么忽然改了，就问医生，我8/18就来月经了，这么晚开始stimulate不会
有问题吧。他说，我们有药物在控制着，“your period doesn't mean anything“。
既然他说没问题，我也就没什么好说的了。
姐妹们有用Androderm patch的吗？我估计也是supress卵巢的吧。 |

doggy style。。。昌平挖沙那种实在闲得无聊的，天天 doggy style 也没人管。。。
但有娃的很忙还要写算法的，spoon style 可以多用。。。但 spoon style 的最大缺
点是女性缺少 clitoral stimulation，所以考虑经常换换口味时，给女性一个合适的

Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis
and ministers!

。我家的办法：swaddle锦，扔到crib里自己睡。8点钟以前能自己睡，8点钟以后再睡

发帖数: 3910 | 40 看到关于泵奶的讨论，很多mm说会泵15分钟，或者半个小时。我用双侧一起泵的电动奶
泵，花1分多钟stimulate，然后两分钟多let down，然后一个奶阵就过去了，总共用不
了5分钟。再吸的话乳头就痛了，从来没有泵出第二个奶阵来过。宝宝吸的话就可以吸
出两三个，有时有4个。这样是不是泵奶不彻底啊？想请教那些泵很久，可以泵出几个
奶阵的mm。你们是怎么做到的？两个奶阵中间用stimulation还是用let down，中间需
要停下奶泵休息吗？
我好像潜意识里比较抗拒奶泵，一开始怎么也泵不出来，现在也只有很涨的时候才能泵
出来，还得看着娃哭着找奶的视频才行…… |

我就关掉，重新换到更高一档继续stimulate，我觉得let down太慢了，力道又很大，
有时候会痛。原来我用的方法不对啊，学习了。 |

1）如何确定奶已经泵完？每次感觉泵不出来了，但是用手还可以挤出来
2）泵奶的两种模式有何区别？感觉stimulate模式更容易出奶，需要一直用stimulate
模式么？
3）力度从中等到最大感觉泵力没有明显变化，是不是泵坏了？
