binding curve, high altitude. So I think both hypoxemia and hypoxia can
stimulate EPO release, but not ischemia, which is decreased arterial blood

08/18 - started stimulation morning lupron 5u + follistim 150 u | Evening Menopur 150u.每天打3针啊。
08/20 - blood draw, E2 doubled - Doc said it's a good sign, continue injections.
08/26 - 我的E2就像expected 每两天翻一翻多， 我的follicle 太多，10mm以上每边有10个以上，我很担心会被over stim 了：（

Stimulation day 4: bloodwork+ultrasound NO EFFECT AT ALL. Flat estrogen

看到前面一个贴子，有MM说对IUI CLOMID 不敏感，只生成２个follicles的人对IVF
STIMULATION DRUG 也会不敏感，生不成很多卵子？
有没有姐妹IUI只生成２个follicles，但对IVF STIMULATION DRUG 反应很好，生成１
０个卵子的？
之所以问这个问题是因为我现在要决定做IVFP的PACKAGE。如果卵子不够多，就不会有
一个周期两次冻胚转移，那么就要选择多几次（４次）FRESH ATTEMPT的PACKAGE。如果
卵子够多， 一个周期可以做两次冻胚转移，那么就可以选择２次FRESH ATTEMPT的
PACKAGE，那样也能有５－６次TRANSFER，这样可以省几千快钱。
希望做过IUI和IVF的姐妹分享一下在做IUI和IVF时对药物敏感的对比经验 |

左右，estradiol值是六百多，内膜厚度11mm。大家看这个卵泡成长速度是不是太慢了？
Stim四天的时候，卵泡size大概在7mm左右
Stim六天的时候，卵泡size大概在9mm - 10mm 之间
Stim八天，卵泡size平均11mm，最大的接近13mm，最小的8mm.
我的Stimulation是按10天来计划的，不过以目前的情况观察，可能至少要延长两天。
不知大家的情况是怎样的，卵泡长得慢有什么不良影响吗？ |

me 300 Follistim and 300 Menopur, both are very large dosage. you only had
7 day stimulation? For the past cycles I believe I had at least 12 day

unmature follicles.让我们选择继续IVF还是转成IUI.我们是第一次ivf,准备了好几个
月了，因为刚开始看ivf医生时，发现子宫内膜有点厚，医生说可以吃1个cycle 避孕药
。为了效果好，我们吃了2个 cycle. 结果导致这次例假竟然从平常的26-7天延后到35
天，从而导致lupron也多打了1个星期，可能就是吃避孕药时间太长，再加上多打了一
周多的了lupron, 所以oversupressed了，这也许就是为什么这次stimulate的
follicles 这么少的原因。因为以前做IUI,只吃5天Clomid也能stimulate 7-8个
follicles. 我33 岁，day 3 FSH 值 7.79.所以应该不是diminished ovarian reserve
.
吃药打针这么长时间了，就这么放弃真不甘心，所以我们选择了继续IVF。一直听说
这个版祝福很灵，所以上来祈求姐妹们的祝福，希望我们这次能够成功. 谢谢!!! |

实了我是 poor responder，看到下面这几句，觉得我以前的 protocl 用错了，我自己
的直觉也是应该 stim 长一些，但两次都是很短时间，好像才8天时间，第一次
trigger 得太早，很多还没成熟，第二次卵泡长得又太快，用药剂量也很高，ER 得太
晚，卵泡质量可能也很差。

发帖数: 123 | 33 unexplained infertility, 曾经流产一次。 2009年12月第一次IVF失败，前面坐过3次
IUI, 总共取出8个卵子，全部受精，因为体型比较小，年龄小于35，听了医生的建议，
在第三天放了一个受精卵, 剩下的受精卵在第5天全部停止分裂，所以没有冷冻的受精
卵。第一次IVF觉得有些over-stimulate, 在作ET的时候非常难受，对麻药的反应特别
大，只能打很少的剂量，感觉那个手术也特别痛，然后在家里躺了两天，感觉对我IVF
最发怵的就是ET。对于第一次IVF, 医生只说有些over-stimulate, 根本说不出别的原
因，也没有做过什么检查, 医生说马上可以接着做第二个cycle。现在保险大约可以
cover2到3次IVF。
现在很矛盾，不知道是现在就马上准备做第二次，还是休息几个月之后再做。同一个
城市有个好一点的infertility center, 查了下比我现在的地方成功率高几个百分点，
但就是离得远，经常堵车，单程经常要2个小时。 但去那里不是很现实，基本上一个来
回一天就没了，真是矛盾啊。 |

10天之后，开始停药，又开始和GONF同时进行。GONF共9天 （从225开始）。 我对药
物反应比较好 （第一次用clomid 时，半片，就看到4个follicles),所以医生给比较小
的济量。
到了stimulation的后期，我觉得整个肚子胀帐的，觉得里面有很多液体在咣当，都不
敢走快。第一次monitor 的时候，estrogen level是900，第二天1994。护士说我比别
人反应快些。我想医生说的overstimulate，大概是有很多follicles,但没有足够的时
间来成熟，那些大点的就ready，准备排出了。他说下次要再减少剂量，让stimulation
的时间延长些。
医生说现在医院一般都推荐从放一个embroal开始。也许也是因为觉得我的情况还不算
太复杂 （我和lg 两个人做了很多检查，结果都正常，所以我的医生一直觉得我是由于
stress 的原因），就极力推荐放一个。第一次，稀里糊涂，后悔也没办法了。

recommendations and the sale price on the 35 servings tub. Also, the 9.2
rating on BB.com seems pretty reassuring.
Keep in mind the website gives away a selection of free gifts for orders
over $75, $100, and $150 price points. You will see this clearly as you
order, better gifts the more you spend obviously.
Shipping seems to be between 7-10$ for me depending on what I had in my cart

作者Andrew Solomon 是个记者/作者，没有受过专业医学训练，书中的医学和生理方面
的知识是他自己搜集和访问得来的，所以并不系统，也不精确，更不深刻，但好处是他
把复杂的一些医学概念解释得很通俗易懂。读者应该知道，从本书出版到现在已经七年

At 1 year 7 patients (78%) had a reproducible increase in bladder pressure
with stimulation of the dermatome. Two patients were able to stop
catheterization and all safely stopped antimuscarinics. No patient achieved
complete urinary continence. The majority of subjects reported improved
