发帖数: 1594 | 13 没人知道。只能说有机会，但是不知道有多大。fed已经停止正式购买房屋抵押相关的
资产。所以即使10 year T-bond降一点，房贷利率也未必降。因为贷款方也不知道将来
的风险如何。除非fed或政府出台新的刺激贷款计划--很不可能，至少在没有double
dip之前不太可能。
