是speculation的玩法，自然要“享受”speculation的risk。我一般只做hedging，所
以不觉得option的risk有多大。不过我基本不买，只以卖call和put的方式hedge。买

了罪名，再根据这个结论解释康发言行动后面的动机。法律上就是speculation。
Speculation简单讲就是猜心。猜测他人的动机。为什么speculation不能做论据？因为
不可靠。一个行为后面的动机原因，有无数可能解释。有罪推定就是认定对方有罪，再
选取符合犯罪的动机来解释言行。
比如康发帖，这个行为是一个事实，她为什么发帖，试图达到什么目的，只有她自己知
道。别人理论上是永远无法知道的。猜测是不可靠的。完全 innocent 的行为也可以用
邪恶的动机来解释。
所以，她悼亡寻求安慰的发帖，也可以用有罪推定把动机解释为试图利用同情来欺骗捐
款。
问题是，她为什么发帖，有没有欺骗意图，是没有人能认定的。
真相也许完全就是她文字的字面本意，她发帖悼亡抒情求安慰。后面亲友出于同情发起
募捐，但欠缺考虑，造成了今天的局面。
特别是在网络虚拟世界，很多基本事实都无法确认，很有限的信息，加上有罪推定，会
有如何荒谬的结论？连尹先生都难逃脱。甚至产生尹生前策划这样匪夷所思的看法。
