发帖数: 536 | 7 最近要加强一下英文口语,所以主要学唱英文歌了.记得国内大学时候,老是听花胡蝶
Mariah Carey的歌,尤其是这首Without You.所以现在就唱它了.但是它的高音部分太高
了,一般的女声也很难唱上去.KTV里面没有其他的降调的伴奏,所以我在主部高音一般是
很勉强嚎过,付部高音必破,结尾高音肯定跟不了.
这个录音非常凑巧.我刚要唱到难点的时候,KTV小二来告知时间到要买单,这歌就没唱完
,大概唱了一小半, 所以干嚎破音的都没有. KTV歌房里手机录音,还没唱全,所以多包涵
,不过自己感觉唱得感情还挺饱满的,哈哈.

大家想想：得要什么样的嫌疑人才能够让北京公安不能公布嫌疑人名单和查案文档？
这其实就是一起非常普通的刑事案，有什么国家机密在里面让公安含糊其辞，不能公布
案情？
任何有脑子的人都应该明白这个案件是“水很深”，而不是案情复杂。
如果只是非常复杂的案情，公安不能破案，至少能够如实公布证据说不能确定真凶，而
不是草草结案，甚至连受害人家属也不能知道案件的侦查情况。
我不知道谁是真凶，可是我坚信两点：
1. 朱令是被人下了毒。
2. 这个案件应该有重见天日的那一天。

天朝诸君若是连“腐朽昏聩”的晚清当局也不如，还奢谈什么“中国梦”。

忍耐奔跑
经文: 「……存心忍耐，奔……」（来十二1）
「…..存心忍耐，奔……」是一件非常困难的事情。 「奔」的时候，常是缺
乏「忍耐」的时候；因为「奔」的时候，常是急急想达到目的的时候。我们平常说起「
忍耐」，立刻就会联想到「静止」──一幕天使守护病榻的图画。然而我以为静止的忍
耐，并不是最难做到的忍耐。
我相信有一种忍耐，更难做到－－就是那同时能「奔」的忍耐。固然，在悲伤
的时候不动，在不幸的时候不言，需要极大的忍耐；可是我知道一件事，需要更大的忍
耐：就是在袭击之下继续工作──心中负着重压，仍不停止往前「奔」；灵里深感痛苦
，仍然勉力尽职。这才是基督的忍耐！
许多时候，上帝要我们学习忍耐，不是在床上，乃是在街上。上帝要我们埋葬
我们的悲哀，不是在寂静中，乃是在活动中──在贸易中、在工场中、在交际的时候、

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！

” 内观道“一词出现在《长部14*大本经》中，其内容指的是十支缘起的还灭门，只是元亨版的译法
是”观道“而不是”内观道“：
诸比丘! 尔时，毗婆尸菩萨如是思惟：“此正觉之观道，由我所证悟：名色灭则识灭，识灭则名色
灭，名色灭则六处灭，六处灭则触灭，触灭则受灭，受灭则爱灭，受灭则取灭，取灭则有灭，有灭则生
灭，生灭则老、死、愁、悲、苦、忧恼灭，如是此等全苦蕴灭。”
诸比丘! 于 “灭尽!灭尽” 之思惟，毗婆尸菩萨，于诸前未曾闻之法，眼生、智生、明生、光明生。
此经英译本的译者Maurice Walshe 的用词是：insight （vipassana） way ，所以译成观道或
内观道都应该是正确的，不过insight或vipassana通常都译为内观，所以译成内观道更为清楚。
二、内观道亦是八正道
