故事的发生是这样的。。。。。1970年代，北卡的林业部门为了控制害虫，从中国引进
了这种七星瓢虫，放养在西部山区。后来虽然这个项目证明意义不大，七星瓢虫仍然成
功的把北卡变成了自己的家。而且，非常amzaing的是，短短的二三十年里，七星瓢虫

thing was that I slept the whole day after that. I don't like it. Pot gives
a very distinct poignant smell, different from the indian scent. It is easy

大家都是“精明人”rational, 买房更多是个投资。Milpitas的问题是垃圾场和一个什
么少管所还是监狱什么的，所以大部分人都不喜欢。那个房子那里还是能闻到臭味的。
我们去过那一片好几次，几乎都有味儿。就算你鼻子不那么敏感，可是market上其他的
buyer有这个concern，就会直接影响房价。

1. lots are too small, almost like townhouses.
2. airline noise, Rivermark is directly under flight path of San Jose
International Airport, airplane noise in early morning/late night may be a
problem.
3. school. there have been talks for many years of improved schools, but

As to smell, please drive to Dixon Landing fill ground, you can find they
has excellent waste processing system, only up to one hundred meter, then
you can smell some (depending on how good your nose is). Most houses are
several miles away, right side to the I-880.

1. 电话 8003346367，接听很快，只需要地点和姓名电话住址 － 花五分钟就搞定的一
个电话。 客服说最近电话太多了，他们不得不开始调查，所以积少成多，看来是有用

2. san jose地区的residence尤其要努力。以前san jose city觉得影响Milpitas没关

quite a few things. basically the two O2 sensors are giving very similar
readings which triggers an catalytic converter error. It could be one of the
O2 sensors went bad, leaking exhaust manifold, leaking exhaust pipe, bad
catalytic converter .....
Check for leaks first, then if you do not get bad egg smell, it might be the
O2 sensors, or if you do get bad smell, then could be the catalytic
converter.

course, the landlord did put carpets on the concrete floor.
Right now, I am living in a wooden townhouse having wooden floors. But the
house got wet somehow and gave out so many bad smells just because of the
wooden stuff soaked in the water. And the landload could not do anything to
remove the smells.

put it in a spray bottle and spray everything with it.
it works even better than the skunk recipe.
you can also wash yourself and your clothes, carpets, etc. you can also use
it on your dog.
that was told to me by an Animal Control Officer a long time ago, and it
works like a charm.
