来美国访学，在纽约州奥尔巴尼一家公寓租了房子。
2室1厅1卫1厨。租金930，不含取暖费。
租的时候，想个1室的，没有，只有2室的了。初来乍到，也不熟悉周边，没去别的公寓
去看，就跟经理看了一下要租的2室房子，美国出租的房子都差不多，啥家具都没有，
就是看看格局。一进门，客厅有点饭菜味，没当回事，进去一会就闻不出来了，看了卧
室、厨房、卫生间，都还算干净，感觉还可以，心想赶紧安顿下来吧。就同意签合同。
签的时候也没想到会发生以下的事情，就签了1年的合同，月付。
住进来1个多礼拜，那一进门的饭菜味仍然有，不爽。
后来，楼上卫生间漏水，导致我家的顶棚湿了一大片，还滴答水，报给office，修理工
隔开天花板，发现是楼上浴缸下水接头漏水，先去修楼上，然后把我的天花板用木板补
上，还刷了白色涂料，涂料味道很难闻，使得我一家人都不舒服，大人还可以，我家5
岁宝宝还病了一场，鼻炎和感冒。这几天，发现天花板还漏水，修理工没修好，这下太
气愤了，决心要退租。上次漏水去找office，说了要提前退租的事情，office经理说要

Pryor pointed out that in his African trips he had issues with their smell,

好。但随着天气开始变热， 由其是一次买东西时车子忘关了大约两小时, 以后我开始
注意到车里有股油烧煳的味道。慢慢天气越热，这种味道越强， 早上稍好，傍晚下班
后打开车门时由为明显。由于忙到十月中大约４0００迈时才去 Volvo dealer 检查。
说没有任何漏油或不正常迹象。 机油少了大约0.3 (0.25) 夸脱， 是由于软件没有更
新,现以更新。他们没有发现车里有任何不正常的味道。他们说新车在运输或生产过程
中会在发动机(引擎)附近加保护油，新车在开过三千迈后，这些油会烧掉，味道会慢慢

another week for the smell to go down to the okay level. I don't know
why, maybe the smell is close to the ground, so keeping window open is
not enough. People walking on it, however, may help to stir the smell up
and make it out.
It will take another few weeks for the smell to completely go off
though.
The odor is not good for health, but it didn't impose an issue for our
3-month old.

but you can not smell anything special until you cook it thoroughly
actually it is pretty common, seems everyone bought urine-smell-pork before,
though it does happen very rare
but if you can really sniff very bad smell when the pork is uncooked, that's

充满了发泄和自省；Kurt Cobain几乎包揽了专辑所有的创作工作，诗歌般的词汇和激
烈的演唱情绪相互映衬，让听者只想跟随着这一首首歌曲在精神上感情上得到宣泄释放。

outside can enhance neighbourly relationships, as you watch out for each
