Dynegy Inc. (DYN) said Tuesday that one of its subsidiaries has skipped an
interest payment of nearly $44 million on outstanding debt in a move that
could lead to default.
Dynegy Holdings LLC skipped the payment on senior unsecured notes due in
2016 that carry interest of 8.4%, Dynegy said. The company has 30 days
before the missed payment is considered a default on the debt.

我前不久汇了几万美元回国，后来才知道有gift tax一说，差点没郁闷死。后来咨询了
IRS，发现可以用"unified credit"抵掉它。现在和大家分享一下，不要犯同样的错误：
1. Non-resident, resident, 和citizen 都要交这个税；
2. 我们一年可以给某人（夫妻除外）$12,000 不用缴税，所以大额汇款最好是分寄给
多个人；
3. 如果是resident 和citizen， 有一个"Unified Credit"($345,800) 可以抵掉gift
tax；
４．IRS 可能会track每笔汇款，他们是以收款人做标准。所以如果我们汇给其他人，
就没办法说汇的钱实际上是给自己的，也不能说虽然汇给一个人，但是会分给多个人;

这样应该每什么问题把？
面试在这个基础上加画个眼线和唇膏，其他skip，眼妆腮红粉底不上应该减小很多你过
敏的可能性

两周前我刚刚去过，其实只要仔细看一遍那本小册子，肯定能通过。由于轻敌，很不好
意思，我第一次因多错了一个题而失败。
给你介绍点经验吧。
考试一共35个题，对28个算通过。我第一次错了8个，失败！！
一定要使用skip键，我去的时候，因为想速战速决，大约前5分钟做了15个题，错了6个
，于是放慢速度，使用了三次skip，这期间又错了一个！skip过的三个题最后肯定还回
来，我猜对了前两个，最后一题错了，得了76分！
次日再去，还是错了两个，得了93分（分数就在你的申请表上）
这里考驾照费用特高，以前笔试都免费，这里考一次5块，通过之后60块（我以前的地
方大约21块）。
不想排队太久的话，早上7点50前到，能排到6／7名吧（我说的是Lake Oswego的DMV）
，要提前填好申请表。
给你几个，我认为容易出错的题吧

绿卡还没到手，所以最现实的办法，找个熟悉楼主老公的经理，看能否转到他那里去，
这样10%的限制不会起作用，除非那个经理所在组关于10%的policy非常严格。
感慨啊，我们组也是，能说不练的被提拔，能干不说的被放到10%，令人寒心，令人寒
心！！！
从公司角度看，这个10%纯粹留给经理滥用的一块权利，所以如果skip level manager
不管，根本没治！可skip level manager不管（即便像楼主老公这样的冤假错案），HR
也不会追究skip level manager以及manager的责任，这就是种企业文化，是HR无能低
效的表现。这让我不得不想到现在很多组都是将熊形，这种经理如何被招进门？？？HR
该反思的地方相当的多。
哪个经理不喜欢听话、拍马屁的？适者生存，这不是咋瓦工的错，是management team
的问题，哪一天微软真的关门了，他们应该负责，当然，SB是全责。 |

For me, I have to pay extra attention to avoid overeat and skipping work out
during weekends.
Because: 1, Too busy with kids and housework to drink enough water. So I
feel hungry but I really need more water.
2, Eat kids leftovers. I'm much better on this, I always told them

I would recommend skipping Valdez and kayak Aialik glacier (from seward)
instead. This will save you a lot of driving and it's just, if not more
beautiful. It's $399, a bit more expensive, but it includes 2 hours of water
taxi ride each way, so you get a cruise as well. This way you can skip the
kenai fjord cruise on your list.

- Kona farmer's markat is worth a trip (fruits!)
- Mauna Kea is VERY cold. make sure you bring enough clothing
