好增肥的一天.
周六 早餐 2-3片butter milk pancake, 1 glass of 2% milk, strawberry blueberry
raspberry pineapple etc.
下午 qdoba grill burrito 一个.
今日:145.2 还好, 涨的不多.
早餐 酸奶 面包 肉松 巧克力奶.橘子一个
13:40: 叉烧肉3片, 饭1/4cup, 1个小胡萝卜炖0.4 磅牛肉, 加了酱油 姜 蒜 而已
16-17:00 nap
18:00 2 slices of Pizzahut pizza, a dozen of wings.
现在还饱. 身心难受.
23:30 玉的YOGA 一套... 还是有点难受.

遵照F大的指示,先看了nutrition plan,发现自己吃得太少了。
我是Level2(180x10x120%+600==>2400kcal),Phase I 要吃到7个portion的protein
很难啊!关键是这个变态的算法不算别的东西里的protein,只算肉和豆腐的(就是每
天21oz???$&&#!@%$)。
对于我现在的diet了有三个新想法:
1 不吃中餐了,炒菜什么的油多。
2 吃沙拉always have dressing on side,尽量不吃,除了fat-free的。Absolutely
no ranch no mayo.
3 cheese sticks用low fat的,greek yogurt用no fat的,就是milk找不到skim+
organic的呀?
对于supplement还在研究中,有点怀

接着写个饮食的三餐breakdown,我觉得日记还是应该写在减肥版,这边的大侠好像没
这个习惯。基本上是现在食谱为主,做一些fat和protein的调整:
早餐 500卡:
锻炼前6点左右:5oz skim greek yogurt and/or 1oz low fat cheese
锻炼后8点左右:3oz lean beef + 1 cup low/no fat milk
portions:
1x protein
2x dairy
1x fat
中餐(在外面吃无法具体)750卡:
周一到周四
6-9oz steak or grilled chicken breast or sashimi/grilled fish
full size salad or 1-2 cup steam v

今天控制的还不错,自我表扬一下,嘻嘻。
早饭:炒米饭(唉,没办法,前两天剩的,再不吃就要扔了~~)
上午一杯低卡咖啡加skim milk
中午:大约4盎司鸡肉,加大约2盎司土豆泥
晚上就没敢吃东西。吃了一根香蕉,一小瓶酸奶再加一个小油桃。
这个,应该没有吃多了吧??
我现在觉得有点饿了,不过,既然说了要减肥,就不要做一个没有信用的人~~~~~

不要那种instant的,一个中等大小的碗里面放1/3的oatmeal
分两次加skim milk或者soy milk在微波炉里面热几分钟

天一黑我意志就特薄弱,就喜欢躺在床上边吃东西边看电视,所以晚上都在学校耗着,
结果昨天回家早了点,就悲剧了...

2/21/11: 150.2(0.4 磅。小白鼠试验结束了.共减3.2 磅)
早:1 banana, 1 glass of skim milk, 1 toast, 1tsp peanut butter (350)
午:1 cup chicken, 1 cup broccoli (350)
Snack:

一大早,急不可耐又忐忑不安地上了称,150.2。这三天,一共减了3.2磅。相信都是水
分。根据理论,后四天才是真正地减脂肪。所以这四天会恢复正常饮食,但会控制热量
不超过1200,继续我的PILATES。对这个结果表示满意。
感想:
一共减了3.2磅。这是大多数人的平均值,虽然效果不惊艳,我也很开心了。除了第一天喝黑咖啡有点不适应以外,没有什么反应。大小号正常,小号比平时多。也没有很饿的感觉,晚餐量很多,吃得很饱,但也不觉难受。CHEESE一定要买LOW-FAT COTTAGE  CHEESE, 黑咖啡一定要喝。我这两点都没做好,吃了一大顿超大热量的CHEESE,咖啡在后两天也没喝够量,只喝了一杯。

这周西柚便宜,买了一包。每天都吃一些。今天看看西柚的营养成分,发现还是减肥圣品。据说有某某酶可促进脂肪燃烧。还发现了个西柚减肥餐。除了每顿有西柚外,吃的东西和我差不多,那我就每天吃一个西柚。
有兴趣地可以看一下.只是一个参考la, 关键是健康饮食加运动。

不好意思,今天就超大了。好不容易减的一点,肯定明天又没了。

这几天是在三日减肥餐上加减的,免得自己不知道量。最近稍微研究了一下健康饮食。

前三天坚持得不错,终于又掉了一点。今天吃饭的时候不停地提醒自己要控制住,不要放松。还是买了一个小的fruit tart奖励自己,把水果和cheese filling吃了,饼皮咬 了两口,仍了。没想到的是salad 里的couscous的热量也很高,1/3 cup就有220 卡。今天的热量可能会超。看来晚上只能吃蔬菜了。甜品还是不能碰啊。
