一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6

全涵义寓意丰富的句子经过一个粗浅的简化， 以Matthew25:30 为例。将
unprofittable servant简单替代为不信者， 再將gnashing of teeth 替代为地狱。句
子的含义就面目全非。其实unprofittable servant为什么不能理解"没有作为的信徒”
呢。

李毅博士论文的硬伤。
李毅的东西，建立在他七八十年代的生活经历上，是一个review。问题在于他把这套东
西摁到现在这个历史时代上，很不妥。举个例子来说，他把中国的"干部"翻译作"cadre
"。cadre这个词有着极其强的意识形态色彩，在西方人的眼里，指的是政工干部，克格
勃，政委。去wikipedia看看，这个词是professional revolutionaries的同义词。（http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Professional_revolutionaries）然而中国的干部包括党政干部，也包括公务员civil servants。
civil servants在西方社会学里，也称为clerk或者bureucrat,而不是cadre。
Bureucracy这个词有些官僚主义的贬义，但是19世纪韦伯定义出它的时候，代表了一
个专门社会分工，专门治理社会，这是一个社会进步。西方社会经历过这样一个过程。

政府是指政府对其他非公立行业的干涩程度，以及对人民的传统私有权力的干涉程度等
等。 你的大政府，小政府好像就是指政府雇员的人数？难道你不知道federal
government civil servant 是终身制的吗，除了behavior misconduct or criminal
charge, or self resign and retirement, 没有其他办法来lay off他们的，所以很
sad的是，不管哪个总统上台，政府雇员的人数是不会减少的。而政府雇员的工资在政
府开支里好像只占20%不到，这你要cut多少政府spending才能cut到人上来啊。
好事情是，好像政府的每个branch能招的civil servant得数量是有上限的，到了那个
上限，就只能退休一个，才能新招一个了。所以，他们多的钱，就给了外包公司
contractor,现在政府就是这种contractor,外包小公司太多，那是应该cut一些了。
