人不能 authorize 反对自己的东西，在权力范围内采取合法措施是正当的。
简单地说，一个人不必反对、杀他自己。
但即便是国内，不是西方民主世界，这都是有范围的。
最后不就是类似孟子“诛一夫”么（反对人民(社稷)就自动失去权力）。
