Lot's of rookies think, hey, my clock is 25MHz, so a 100MHZ scope is good
enough. WRONG!
because you are using 0.13um process, the fast clock risetime/falltime put
your signal well beyond the GHz region, you need a scope whose bandwidth is
at least in the GHz range.

而美军现役的5.56毫米穿甲弹在任何距离都无法击穿我国防弹衣。为改变这种窘境，美
军在近日决定重新研制一套新步枪枪族及其配套的6.5毫米口径弹药，以取代美军现役
的5.56毫米步枪弹。放眼世界，6.5毫米口径的制式自动步枪可谓是独一无二了。

了还没达到SDE2的标准，说我grow的太慢，又说亚麻是很impatient的公司，at some
point, 他们会失去对我的 patience, that could be 7 months, 3 months or 1
month.
然后老板又跟我说，personally,她建议我不要在一棵树上吊死，看看其他更fit我的工
作；同时她会尽全力辅助我达到SDE2（个人认为是冠冕堂皇的p话）。
老板是老美,组里最近有招了两个级别比我高的SDE。我的感觉是上层已经讨论过，
annual review结束就要赶我走，但是他们希望我自己辞职，省的他们麻烦。大家觉得
review下来，老板会直接赶我走，还是逼我签PIP？
顺便说下我的工作情况吧，support做了一年，给我的任务都能按时完成，质量也没问
题，有时需要请教SDE2，但不是没完没了的问的那种。

对赫南德斯可能的压力就是不肯下功夫多琢磨一下，还在就知道斗三个华人，为什么就
不肯针对赫呢？

general rule：copyright of a work prepared by an employee within the scope
of his or her employment belongs to the hiring party
具体什么叫within the scope of employment，三言两语和你说不太清，但是听你的说
法与工作还是挺有关系，所以很难能被认为out of the scope，除非你有written
agreement with employer that the employee will retain copyright，以你H1B的身
份，恐怕很难做这个Bargain
其次，还要看你和雇主的雇佣合同，有些合同规定所有IP都属于employer，那么你就更
难自己独立获得IP了。

反对打猎的，建议不要看下去
Archery hunt是一种美好的感觉，天亮前坐在树上看林子渐渐醒来，灰松鼠叽里咕噜开
始活跃，红狐狸急匆匆地走来走去，鹿一脚一脚居然在布满落叶的林子里令人吃惊地安
静地走来，它们不时很警觉地抬头，回头，扭头，竖着，转动着耳朵，就象个走T台的
模特，或者影视明星准备让记者拍照。成群的鹿往往警惕性会差一些，可能是互相依赖
吧。
今年open day我就拿下两头母鹿，因为是management hunt with bow/crossbow only,
必须要收获3头母鹿才能开始射公鹿,我必须再打一头母鹿才能考虑公鹿。可惜后来3次
上树，虽都见到了鹿，但由于距离，树枝，角度，光纤等诸多原因，都没有机会射。

发帖数: 653 | 44 楼上（goat）可以考虑一把入门的狙击枪然后配scope mount和rings，再买一个scope
，bipod等。300yard只是mid range。300yard以上才是long range shooting。
希望可以听你谈一谈你“像狙击手一样用瞄准镜远距离精确射击”经历。用的什么枪，
口径和scope等。
还有狙击射击和打猎的讨论范围太大，要缩小一点。 |

发帖数: 3091 | 45 第一次接触真家伙的时候还是在上初中，同学的父亲是武装部长，暑假的时候给我们免
费训练免费打，是那种小口径步枪，可能是。22的，记不清楚了，那个靶子超级远，又
没有Scope，根本看不到靶心，估计着就放， 所以脱靶就太平常了。
上大学我们没军训，所以也就没打成。 好在后来训别人，所有指导员开小灶去山上打
，64枪，当时的场景就象处决犯人：站一排，前面立着靶子，后面的教官喊口令，都很
严肃 ：） 64那么短的管子，枪还跳得厉害。现在在美国54和64都有的买。
工作后立刻买了气枪，拿回来改装加Scope等等，打鸟还是不准，可能是Scope太烂。
没多久就规定气枪为非法，要上交，我没交，成了黑枪，现在也早不知道在哪里了。
到了美国后，从一把半自动步枪开始，才真正开始了有枪生涯。
手里有枪，心里不慌啊。 |

发帖数: 1502 | 48 山寨狙上的SCOPE的Eye Relief: 2.8 to 3.7 inches，不少人装在7MM的RIFLE上用。
你推荐的这一款Eye Relief: 4.13"。
理论上，带好护目镜，打的时候不求“满月”，应该是可以让我的这款SCOPE废物利用
一下。另外，又把镜子向前移了HALF INCH。
多谢提醒，之前一直没有注意SCOPE上的EYE RELIEF这一项，这回终于明白是干什么用

treestand上。爬上去坐下，一看表，正好4点。林子里正是一天最美丽的时候之一，光

发帖数: 3786 | 50 以前一直在用Leupold Mark 4的Spotting Scope,后来在LASD靶场被哪个不要脸的游客给拿了.刚好碰上过节财政紧张,只好订了个300多了"Bushnell Tactical Excursion Spotting Scope 15-45x 60mm First Focal Mil-Dot Reticle,"今天拿到,在公司门口试了一下,OMG...WHAT A PIECE OF F***ING S**T.
这个镜子比Leupold差TMD的太多了,有个同事车上放了个Leica的Spotting Scope,跟这个Bushnell的比较了一下,感觉就不是一类东西,这个Bushnell看过去就是灰蒙蒙的,人家那个Leica那叫一个透亮啊.
唉~~~拼命赚钱买德国货才是玩光学器材的正路~~~ |
