需要有组织，有捐款支持的
+ 翻译法案内容成中文
+ 普及相关背景知识，相关的加州立法过程，中文版
+ 在加州主要媒体打广告反对法案
+ 雇人或者召集志愿者在华人常去的超市，中文学校散发信息传单
可以自己做的
+ 给投了赞成票的议员施压，表达强烈不满
+ 给需要投票的议员表达自己的强烈反对
+ 给华人组织联系甚至施压，要求出头组织应对措施，这是关键时候，是骡子是马。就
看这种事件如何反应！
