C ruff.
3D, 2C, C ruff, 2S

It appears that east shows 5 S + 4H, so it's usually a good idea to play a
simple squeeze against west in H and D. to reach that position, you need to
ruff 3 more spades.
So ruff S with CA.
C to C7,
ruff second S, with CK, suppose trump is 2-1 split.
J to CQ.
ruff the third S with CJ,

From the view of the declarer, 3D is safe unless there are *THREE*

Spade ruff is unlikely since East may open 3S instead of 2S if he

It is important that East CANNOT have both A and Q of hearts. So HJ

Now play another D to E, discard a club;
If E returns HQ, play HA and then dummy's last D, discard another club, E is

If E cashes D before returning H, we still discard clubs; later on ruff

CK,
SK
CA, C ruff.
SA,
C ruff,
S ruff.

We already have 5H 1D 1C for 7 tricks, so we should aim for 5 trump tricks.
So when trump is 4-1, the plan is to ruff D twice, but to maintain control,
we'd better concede a trump first:
DA, ruff, concede a trump.
Now we should be in good shape to ruff another D, clear trumps, and play H.
